The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. They even shared Tamil New Year treats with us. I was able to store special dietary products in the staff refrigerator.
I would be happy to stay there again.

There are no food options, the cleaning staff were unsighted, no tea or coffee, mug or glass, no towel.
Reception staff were friendly. Most rooms are like prison cells. One room that has a balcony was acceptable. This is not a good place to stay

Fan made alot of noise and AC was not cooling. No one came for repairing. They charged us for water bottles instead of giving us as complementary. Car parking is a huge issue.
