Great Hotel

Spent a week at Vientios del Sur and and was happy with everything, especially the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and it is in a great location, within easy walking distance of everything in central Pucón.

All of the staff at Hotel Vientos del Sur was so kind and helpful in every situation, including packing us a lunch at 5:30am when we were going to hike Volcan Viillarica. We definitely recommend it!

Pure goodness

Wonderful place to stay in middle of the best spot in pucon - a few steps from the best restaurants ! The breakfast is divine , and the staff are wonderful . This place is all goodness . Couldn’t recommend more .

A rustic getaway

Good stay. Had an issue with the room which manager/owner attended to promptly and in satisfactory way. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Hotel rooms are clean yet could use some update and repair. Staff is welcoming.

The staff made the stay enjoyable. Friendly and helpful. I had left the lught in my car on all night and it wouldn't start. A young man that works for you gave me a jump start. Wvwryine was accommodating and the room was comfortable.

O hotel fica bem localizado, perto de mercado, farmácia, restaurante, deu para ir a pé até o lago Villarica, e o transfer da Transaraucania literalmente me deixou e buscou na porta. Quarto limpo, espaçoso, cama confortável, equipe de atendentes super simpática. Excelente opção de hospedagem em Pucón.

Boa estadia

O hotel é uma graça, próximo da avendida principal, em uma caminhada de uns 15 minutos chegamos no lago e na praia. Fiquei no último andar, quarto de tamanho bom, o que incomodou é que a cortina era pequena e deixava frestas que o quarto claro o que pode ser um problema para quem gosta de quarto no escuro para dormir. O café é bem servido, e a recepção são bem gentis.
