Ambiente Familiar
Toda a equipe muito bem educada e prestativa. Sempre que precisávamos de alguma informação, algo para o quarto e até marcar passeio eles estavam dispostos a ajudar.
Café da manhã gostoso e ambiente muito aconchegante. Está perto de supermercados e de pequenos restaurantes.

This hotel is in keeping with most in Chile. Room was OK but in need of repairs. Breakfast was nice and service adequate.

Local agradável e com uma ótima vista do Vulcão Vi
Foi tranquila! Mesmo com a sorte de se hospedar com um grupo enorme de adolescentes transitando. Mas o gerente foi bem solicito quando precisamos de uma intervenção por causa de barulho.
