Good enough for last minute need
Needed a last minute hotel room and this was the only place that had the beds needed for my family.
Nothing special -- 2 queen beds, hard floor, basic bathroom.
Everything was clean and orderly and the place was quiet. No issues. Still would only stay there if there wasn't anything else available.
Sorry to say..it wasn't what we expected..arrived late at night...saw guys with backpacks roaming..did not feel safe. Worse was the dingy smell of "old", n mothballs existence agravated husbands asma..the rms were clean ok..not enough lighting outside..
We did not stay at all.
Friend;y staff. The outside of the hotel was somewhat updated but the inside was terrible. We had no soap, the floors were filthy and there were holes in the wall. Our heater did not work and it smelled yucky. I don't know if it had been cleaned in a long while. It is in a desperate need of an overhaul!
Room smelled like moth balls and mold, stains were all over the bed and carpet and curtains. Everything away dark and dim and very creepy. Bathroom had leaky faucets and rust all over the vents. We didn't even stay the night, fear for our health and slept in the car.
When booking this room this hotel was the only hotel option available. BYU graduation was going on during this stay, causing the a no-vacancy everywhere else. I guess you could say we were desperate! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The furniture in the room was minimal and dated. The only lamp in the room didn't have a shade. This hotel is old and run down. We had requested a non-smoking room, but it was obvious the room had been smoked in. I purchased air freshners, because my young children were traveling with us. There were cigarette burns in the bedding on as well as some of the furniture. The bed spread was old and worn. The towels were old and worn. It is a wonder this hotel can stay in business! Thank heavens it was a one night stay!
I was sorely disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of this motel. First off the heat barely worked. My children had to sleep with their winter coats on because it never got warm. I have slept warmer on scout snow camps than I was in this motel. The toilet and sink ran all night long. The shower rod, intended to give more space in the shower, hung sadly due to years of neglect. The shower has good pressure, and thats good because it sprayed in every direction. I cranked it as hot as it would go to have a warm shower There was a fly strip hanging from the ceiling. We are 100% sure there are bed bugs. We came home and had to wash everything and spray down our luggage with alcohol. Quite possibly the worst stay I've ever experienced.

Good for the price, nice breakfast in our room, clean, but a lot of the rooms were full time residences and lots of people hanging out at night. Older place, but nice.

ok for innexpensive one-nighters!
Hotel is older smaller privately owned. Service was nice enough and they even give you breakfast in room with mints on pillow! It is a hotel/motel that is clearly trying to compete and offer a safe/clean place, but they have older stained carpets, old fixtures that don't operate properly and misplaced furniture that looks out of place and frankly detracts from the natural space built into the rooms. All in all a good experience and value, but would not say take my family their for an actual vacation destination etc.
Don't stay here. No smoke alarm in room. Breakfast is a tray of packaged food that you microwave in your own room without a place to really sit and eat. The sink in the bathroom of the room we had didn't have any counter top at all, no place in entire bathroom to set anything down on. Foul smelling room. Wished we had just left and eaten the expense.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.Had I not already paid for it, I would have left, even before going into the office, the parking lot was terrible also,
I thought that this would be a total dump because it was the cheapest in the area. I was surprised... It was a little run down, but better that I expected. The room was clean, and the bathroom was good too. The manager was very nice. All in all, It was definately better that I had expected.
The owners were very cordial. The motel is a place you stay because it is inexpensive. What what they did for you was surprising. They loaded your fridge for breakfast: hard boiled eggs, yogurt, sausage and muffin, juice, etc. Old motel, but clean and well cared for. It was perfect for my son and me, especially for the price. You stay here not because you are looking for excellent new accommodations but because you want inexpensive yet not poor service.
Other than having to fix the cable connection to watch the TV, mattress on one bed too lumpy to lay on, house keeping not replacing towel and wash cloth but taking my Pepsi not bad. I used to travel as part of my work where I spent 3 to 4 nights a week in motels/hotels this was the first time I had housekeeping steal from me.

Dirty, dirty, dirty!
We stayed at the Travelers Inn because the reviews weren't bad and the the price was reasonable. Boy were we disappointed. The room was dirty! The floor was filthy, the walls dirty, the door was dirty and the bathroom was dirty. Someone had left some dirty clothes in one of the dresser drawers...the maids must not have even bothered to check. The walls were paper thin and we were treated to a man and woman fighting 1/2 the night. When we checked out in the morning the woman at the desk didn't seem too interested in my complaints about the dirtiness of the room. I would definitely not stay here again. It would be preferable to spend the night in my car.

Great service
Good stay at the hotel. The website needs a better way to locate the address. It's confusing and hard to find. Map quest is confused also.

Nice surprise
The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cleaner than expected. Looks like the new owners are trying to clean the motel.
One of the most disgusting dirty hotal i have ever seen, the bed looked liked it had been just slept and you know what in,shower curtain was all moldey.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
In terms of location, the hotel is a little ways away from everything. It's about half way between the major shopping area and the BYU campus, which is about 5 miles from each location. The hotel was clean, but it is in need of major remodeling and upgrading; definitely a 1970's inspired and built motel. The staff was nice and we did not have any problems during our stay; it's just a little outdated as far as hotels go.
Not what was advertised or expected to Traveler's Inn
There were peanuts on the floor from the previous guest, the dark green carpet had dark stains by the bed and burn marks from cigarettes, it was difficult to open the door to the refrigerator because it set on the floor with the microwave on top, the painting was amateurish, the paint on the door was peeling off, some of the remodeling (such as covering up a door going out the back) was of poor quality workmanship, there was mold around the tub, the side walk was not clean, in general-the outside looked dumpy, and as you guessed by now, I'm disappointed that expedia even refers to this motel.
