"The appartment in Scandicci was very clean and welcoming. The landlords were very nice and spoke good English. We had no complaints from them although we listened to music rather loudly sometimes. The bathroom is above average and there is even a washing machine. The refrigerator smelled bad in the beginning and there were a few cobwebs but we had a very great time in Florence."

"This accommodation is a great base to explore Chianti, this huge farm house surrounded by olive groves sits atop a small mountain and oozes history back to the medieval times and beyond. Our family of 6 were comfortable in the 5 bedroom house. All services are sufficient but it's very old which is what we loved about Montefolchi. There is no air con but a huge fire place and we had some unwelcome mosquitoes which host Simone said he'd take care of. This was our oasis to marvel at the sunsets...

"Coming from Texas, stayed here for 4 days. Incredible views and experience, and Alvaro is one of the nicest people we met on our entire trip, very thoughtful and attentive. The home was everything we had hoped for and more. Only downside is the jacuzzi tub was not in operation as it was too early in the year. Would definitely come stay again!"
