"Perfect for a couple. The villa is beautiful and on large grounds. We used the pool every day. Very close to other towns, restaurants, etc, but a car is recommended. "

"We rented this house for a month. We loved it here and felt very comfortable calling it home for so long. Fully renovated with modern appliances just as pictured. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, which we did 1/2 the time. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms big. Washer / dryer was a plus. Walking up and down the hills kept us in great shape to eat all the pasta we wanted! From here, we traveled by train to Florence, Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo. Owner was quick to respond...

The hospitality of Loretta and Fabio is outstanding. The area of Arezzo offers plenty of beautyful day trips. We had an warm pizza night with the family. "

"We had a good holiday. The swimming pool was really lovely, but it is a shared space. The cottage was spacious and spotlessly clean. The furnishings were quite dated. Would recommend more comfortable outdoor seating. We enjoyed the area which is not overrun with tourists. The local pizzeria Mulfino, was great. There were a few issues with the electrics. It probably needs upgrading. "

The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"
