Neptune, an Ash Hotel

Neptune, an Ash Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"My experience at the hotel was brief as I only needed to stay somewhere for the night. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. It is an older hotel but it was charming with an old timey elevator that reminded me of the Titanic movie. I loved how the room was decorated and it was clean. Only thing to consider is that the walk-in shower is very narrow and does not have a lot of room. But other than that I very much enjoyed my stay there and I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in Providence. Also a plus, they have a little coffee counter in the lobby and the Barista made a great maple latte."

"The staff during the breakfast were very helpful. They need to upgrade the waffle maker. I made a waffle and it was not totally cooked. I wish they have more choices for the hot breakfast like to make your own omelette. Lastly, I was kind of itchy with the bedding and sofa. I am extra sensitive and allergic to dust mites. And the valet parking guys were prompt and we have a free ride to the mall with shuttle. I wish it’s was not raining so we have a chance to explore the town. Overall I did have a great experience and would like to come back again soon."

The Underwood-Hale House

10/10 Excellent
"What a cute and tranquil accommodation!! Our stay was exactly what we needed when we came out for a family member’s housewarming. Very clean, spacious, and the decor was especially cute. Only minor issue we had was no hot water for the tub (and my niece’s infamous bubble baths), but thankfully, the shower had hot water (odd but we’ll take it! Things happen). We were able to extend the contract extra shower rod to the tub for hot water and my niece got the bubble bath she wanted lol In addition, the communication was on point. We were a little confused when we got there (after 11pm) but staff answered immediately and gave us clear instructions that lead us straight to the unit. Thoroughly satisfied. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it.. especially for families!!!!!! I 100% !!!"
