"The staff was very professional and friendly. The hallways need to be cleaned (vacuumed) better. The front desk area when you enter the hotel smelled very moldy. This hotel had a lot of dogs ( some of them large). In spite of having quiet hours, we were woken up several times by barking dogs. This is a reality at this hotel and should be taken into account when staying here."

Not giving it 5 stars because they did not perform room service one of the days and when we went to the front desk, they stated that you have to request it in advance and it’s not done automatically which is not true at all (they later confirmed that the room service was in fact supposed to be done unless explicitly stated not to as with a do not disturb sign)."

"The staff was okay. Took forever to get my friend checked in due to not having the room cleaned in a timely manner. My room probably wasn’t that clean considering I found a Chromebook in the window sill. Do I’m quite sure housekeeping doesn’t open the curtains. Bed was comfortable. Not really worth what I paid for the 2 nights I was there. Felt very overpriced. Not worth the money "
