"Very clean room, my clean freak wife didn't spot any issues and that's rare. Beds were super comfortable. Had the best 2 nights sleep in ages. Booked a family room, there wasn't one available so they gave us 2 interconnecting rooms which was better but staff were still apologetic over it. Complimentary sparking wine and orange juice was a lovely touch and they made it feel special. Nice to have robes and slippers provided too, not everywhere does that. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is beautiful if a little in need of updating. Overall we were given a 5 star experience for a budget friendly price. "

"The hotel is perfectly central located in Chiado District in old Lisbon, close to shopping stores, licor store Garrafeira Nacional, lots of restaurant options walking distance. Very clean room and common areas. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The amenities in the room includes: Bluetooth speakers, coffee machine and coffee pods, kattle with selection of tea, minifridge, bathroom amenities. Great bar at the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel for business or tourist travel to Lisbon."
