Hand towel was dirty and unfolded and the remote wasnt able to do anything for the tv but turn it off or on. The air conditioner barely worked and there was no laundry bag or ice bag. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you just want to sleep then run.

We were disappointed that our bath linens weren’t replenished on the daily, nor the used ones taken to launder. Also, the coffee for the room, toilet paper, and facial tissue ran out as well. I assume they are short staffed and don’t have sufficient staff to make sure the rooms are staying stocked.

Good stay, great staff, bathroom/tub/toilet another story. Toilet seat looked like it came from a workman's outhouse, yellow, chipped, stained, tub mold in corners of walls, discolored tile, grout pulling away from tub/walls, definitely needs remodeling. Informed staff, no compensation offered or room move. Only two clients in entire hotel. Really? I can see why.

The breakfast was offered untill 9:30 came down for breakfast at 9:00am no fresh fruit , no bagles out no bread out for toast omelets and biscuit gravy was not at all appealing flies and gnats flying in breakfast area landing on plates and silverware. Also were landing on cereal dispenser. .

Moldy bathroom on the first floor

The bathroom's cleanliness was much to be desired. The shower had black mold so this definitely took away from the stay. The beds made up for the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The room smelled a bit musty. The breakfast was decent. The hotel staff were nice.

The hotel is definitely showing its age with outdated decor. The night manager, Shan Digby, was rude and less than accommodating. I booked two rooms, one with six people and one with five people ( 2 adults and 9 children) all documented through the website. He refused to provide enough towels for the rooms and had an attitude when I referred to the booking data. In addition, neither of my two room contained the bedding for the sofa beds which I had to

Overall, stay was very pleasant. The only issue that I had was that whoever was above me literally stayed up until 2 o’clock in the morning, jumping on the floor or wrestling around I believe they had children and it was hard for me to go to sleep other than that, it was great.

Checking in was a joke. The guy could not talk english that me or my wife could understand. Had to put a $300 hold on room keys until check out. Next morning checking out, all there was a box to drop room keys in for someone else to come behind you and steal so you are charged for the room keys. So I waited. No one at the desk. Waited 15 minutes. Resident cook had to find someone. Pretty poorly run joint.Bad area of town. Hard to get back out to interstate. Rooms stunk
