10/10 Excellent

"Would definitely stay here again. Great to be off the main streets. We were in a Sky King. The room was beautiful,roomy and the bathroom was especially well laid out. Amazing shower, plenty of counter space and one of those make up mirrors to see your face up close. Staff was nice and helpful. Walking distance to airport restaurant and airport vortex. Cleaning staff seemed to spend a lot of time per room (this is a positive to me). Pros: Great shower/ bathroom Water bottle filling station 24/7 Pool & hot tub Pretty grounds Cons: It's a beautiful property but not every room has a view. Very walkable to views for sunset/ rise on property, as well as nearby on the mesa. View was very nice at our door but not the balcony. TV wasn't working our last night/ like wouldn't buffer, nbd"

"My family of four had a wonderful stay! Our double queen room was quaint, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I absolutely loved was the high ceiling in the room — it made such a big difference during a long weekend stay. It gave the space a much more open and cozy feel instead of feeling like a small boxy hotel room. The restaurant, Rascal, was absolutely delicious. I especially loved the salmon and bagel breakfast meal! We also really enjoyed the outdoor fire pits for stargazing and relaxing in the evenings. Having multiple fire pits throughout the area made the atmosphere feel more intimate and peaceful. We also spent time in the indoor seating area with the fire pit, which felt just as warm and inviting. We stayed very active during our trip and had long days filled with activities, so coming back to a clean, comfortable room always put the cherry on top for our family. The atmosphere was great, the staff was kind and helpful, and overall we had an amazing experience. I would definitely stay here again — whether with my family or for a relaxing getaway with my husband. Highly recommend!"

"At face value the hotel was adequate, at best. Yes, there was a bed. It was very unsupportive and saggy. The carpet in the room was filthy. The Jacuzzi jets did not work once while we were there! The pool towels looked like rags they had holes in them. The “heated pool” was freezing cold. There was no lighting on the path, all the way down to the pool area. No lighting at all around the pool itself. All areas of the hotel looked like it could use maintenance and touchup paint or repaint everywhere. The breakfast area was clean, but the options were very limited, no protein at all. The lack of helpfulness of the night staff was appalling. When in the hospitality industry, you must have some level of compassion and kindness to help people. When asked where our room was located, we were told they’re already assigned you get what you get. One of our room keys never worked every day we’d go down to have them reset it and it would never work until the day we left then both room keys worked! There was always electrical extension cords running out the side door every day while we were there. It just felt like they were trying to run the hotel as cheaply as they could. I was totally disappointed in how much we paid for the level of quality we received. They need to invest some money and staff training on making this sinking ship better."

"The room was clean, however the fridge was old and constantly made noise which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. They are also remodeling some of the units, which we happen to be in that section. So a number of parking spots were filled with old furniture and construction trucks. The location was great, I would call it the quiet side of Sedona. Check in was quick and the staff was nice."

"We stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and well-maintained. We stayed there with the kids and used the pool. The pool area was clean, they had floaties and a few water toys for guests to use. We also attended the stargazing event with Adam - which I highly recommend! Super educational and entertaining."
