We had an amazing time hosting our small wedding at this lovely property! We made the best memories with our family and friends. This property was perfect for our guests and us! We are already discussing planning another stay! Daniel was a terrific host!
Beautiful home well set up, and the teens loved the game room, which made a restful weekend for the adults. Will definitely try to book the home for next years rodeo. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
The large property provided plenty of space and parking to host a wedding rehearsal dinner. The game room is large and provides many games and a separate TV room for entertainment. The owner was very responsive to my questions and provided all details to ensure a fantastic stay.
We needed a place for 4 nights. The house was nice. The beds were comfortable. The game room made our stay more entertaining for my boys. We used the pool table a lot and played cards. I also used the hot tub a couple times. The house was clean and in a nice area. I will be booking again when I come back to visit my son.
This property is a true gem. Our family hosted a special reunion and we were able to come together to cook, laugh, play games, and enjoy some wildlife. Host was quick to respond if I had questions and kind when the question was silly. Thank you
Location of the property was great, quiet & in the woods not far at all from the town center. It’s ideal for a couple of families with kids. It wasn’t quite ideal for 7 of us adults as the loft has a spiral, very narrow stairway which 2 of us had to sleep up in. The game room is in the detached garage and has a ton of fun things to do! We enjoyed that. We LOVED the massage chair!! House was clean & communication with the property manager was awesome.
Property was well maintained and very much as described in the listing. Situated at the end of a quiet 'neighborhood' with good access to Goldwater Lakes area and thr town of Prescott in the other direction. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and theatre area. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots/pans/utinsils...we were able to put together a Thansgiving meal with no problem. Plenty of beds to acvommodate the family gathering. Enjoyed our stay very much.
Kids loved the game room and spent a great deal of time there. EVERYONE loved the massage chair, so it was in use a lot of the time. Everyone loved the movie room too. Great location to see wildlife just about everyday as we saw multiple deer, and multiple javelinas just about every day. Close to enough to Prescott if we needed anything or to go shopping or out to eat. Private suite was a nice escape/getaway for one couple. Good size kitchen and plenty of tables and eating spaces. The 7 to 11 year old girls loved the loft location with the 3 twin beds. So they had it all to themselves away from their younger brothers. The game house has an exceptional amount of games available to play.

Disappointed
Not so great. Not ideal for all adults, maybe 2 couples and 10 children. The suite AC didn’t work, windows don’t open. Hot and stuffy. Can hear everything from upstairs. Smells like rodents. Main house lighting was weird everywhere. Smelled like rodents. All of the smoke detectors batteries were low so they were all beeping. Front porch light literally hanging from wires. The Murphy bed is in a separate house altogether. sheets didn’t fit. Uncomfortable. Dirty. Small tan bugs on the mattress. Jacuzzi was shocking us. The water was electrified. Not static, a good zap. Contacted owner. No one showed up to fix it. It’s the main reason we choose the house, shut the breaker off for the entire weekend. Kitchen not equipped. Can openers didn’t work. Spices there are spices you don’t use. Stairs to the loft only for the small and agile person. Stairs to the Murphy bed sketch. Very disappointed. Owner never bothered to contact me to offer a refund for the jacuzzi.
It was a great place for the family to stay at. Plenty of hiking trails, close to lakes, and very close to the town while feeling you're in the middle of the forest.
I was disappointed that the game room was across the driveway and not in any way attached to the home, that’s where we planned on the children staying and obviously they could not stay over there alone. I was also a little baffled that you couldn’t lock the door to the game room as well. The house was beautiful. The property was clean. All in all, we had a wonderful time.
Our three generations gathered here including teens younger kids and adults. The game lodge was a big hit. Plenty of separate spaces for adults. Quiet property convenient to town. Well equipped with comfortable beds.

Look beyond the pictures
We enjoyed the location but the photos are misleading-we felt the place was a bit warn and small for the price. While the main house sleeps 13 there is only 1 bathroom. The game room is an unattached garage that sleeps 2 w/another bathroom, and the master suite w bathroom around the side of the house with an outside basement entrance. Would recommend the housekeeping to be a bit more thorough (half empty beer can in game room, webs, etc).
We had 9 adults and it was tight with available soft seating in the living room. Several kitchen chairs were broken (literally screws falling out while in use) and very wobbly. No outlet in the main house bathroom unless you count the one behind an affixed cabinet that was not obtainable.
The small spiral staircase has very narrow tapered steps (talking 4-5” of tread to step on) labeled “use at your own risk” and wrapped in ripped up window screen - keep in mind 3 beds are located at the top of the stairs with a big uncovered window so plan on waking early - so there’s a safety choice you’ll need to make if you need the bed space.
Older home for sure, main house bathroom faucet occasionally sprayed all over and the stove temperature cooked a bit wonky.
We had great company and the home has aspects we can praise - is close to town, and we saw several deer in the yard and a family of javelinas - so the wildlife was awesome. Jacuzzi was nice to relax in as well. We had great weather and all in all we’d give this home 6.5 rating.
