라디에이터가 굉장히 많아 엄청 따뜻하게 잘 수 있다. 위치도 상대적으로 용이한 지점에 있다. 전자레인지, 오븐 , 웬만한 취사도구는 모두 구비되어 있다. 다만 밖에서 사람들이 술먹고 떠드는 소리가 다 들릴정도로 방음에 취약했다. 그리고 체크인 위치와 숙소위치가 달라 처음의 번거로움과 숙소를 찾는 것이 조금 어려웠던 점이 있었다.

Kuljetus mikä oli eri hintaan toimi hyvin ja kuljettajan ystävällisiä. Reseptionissa oli aika ynseän oloista palvelua. Huoneen kuvissa käytetty aika paljon kuvankäsittelyä,todellisuudessa aika kulunut huoneisto ja hieman epäsiisti.Viikon aikana ei siivousta lainkaa,,ei pyyhkeiden vaihtoa eikä edes roskia haettu. Olisi ollut edes kiva tietää mihin roskat voi viedä..

Very convenient for everything, quiet than last time I was here two years ago,thanks to your double windows.please give more towels for people who stayed more than 2days. Shampoos enough at least for first day( arrival)

Check-In leider ca. 2 km von der Wohnung entfernt. Check-out war vor Ort. Der Service per Telefon war sehr gut. Auf jeden Fall war die Unterkunft das Geld wert.

Another Prague Scam

During the check in process my card was charged a 200 euro hold for any damages, fine thats understandable. We stayed at this apartment one night since we were flying back to the states the next day. I check my bank today, and the 200 euro hold is posted. This is incredible, and another black mark on an overall great city filled with scammers.

Good apartment,terrible service from rental agent.

Had to fetch and return the keys across the river from another part of the city. No parking near rooms. Tried to have deposit credited to the original credit card but unfriendly staff wanted international back account details to do deposit or insisted on paying in cash(Krone) which I had to pay to convert to Euro as we were leaving Czech.

房間完全與照片不相同，且也沒城市街景，預訂是二張標準雙人床+一個沙發床，但是是给二張單人床二間一樣，唯一好處是地點好而已！另外check in處也隔太遠了吧！且櫃枱人員不友善，也不能寄行李！

Apartment in Old Town

Spacious apartment but needs updating. Centrally based stepping out to shops so noise can be heard if there is a large crowd outside or dustmen emptying bins early in the morning. No maids coming to clean or change towels during our 6 days stay and had to go and buy own toilet tissues. There is no reception there so when checking in you need to go to Red and Blue Hotel which is about 25 mins walk from the apartment to collect the keys but we have arranged for a pick up from airport and the driver took us there to collect keys before going to the apartment .

Nice apartment in the heart or Prague.

Nice place in the centre of the city only few steps away from Karlsbridge. Would rent again. Not luxurious but a very fair deal.

Was great!

This place was great!! The location, location, location, location was amazing!!! Close to everything. The only thing I would change is to have more body soap (so bring some) & at night was little noisy, but we were so tired, we all fell asleep with no issues. I would stay here again for sure! Loved Prague!!!!!!!! (Even more so than Venice)

Flight was late so got in at 2:30 am. Pick up on keys a long ways from room. Elevator was really working. Had to walk four flights in dark. Gave us wrong room key. Luckily we tried room next store and we stayed there. Next day they wanted us to move After talking with them they did let us stay in our room which was great, but still a bit annoying. Overall this room was great. Just the process was confusing.

But if a pain to check in at a different hotel which was about 25/30 mins walk. Otherwise good location and ok for friends on a stag. Wouldn't stop there with family as tnhings were dated and scuffs etc across the walls from previous stag parties etc im sure. Was perfect for 4 guys wanting to drink and just have a base to stay.

체크인 안내 시 설명이 없고 무례했다.

시내뷰를 했는데 시내가 보이는게 아니라 시내쪽입니다. 구시가 번화가에 있어서 새벽 5~6시까지 외국인들이 술먹고 웃고 떠들었어요. 방음이 전혀 안됩니다. 그 외에 방 상태는 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 겪어본 유럽 숙소 중 가장 따뜻했어요. 그리고 체크인 하는곳이 따로 있는건 알았는데 아예 프라하성 쪽입니다. 체크인하는 위치를 미리 안알려주고 아무런 공지도 되어있지.않아서 도착해서 캐리어 끌고 개고생했네요...... 미리 체크인 장소를 정확하게 알려주는게 필요하다 생각합니다. 미리 안알려주고는 미안하다는 소리는 안하고 '네 연락처를 알 수 없었다'라는 이상한 소리만 하더군요ㅡ . 이메일과 폰번호와 호텔스닷컴 계정은 다 뭔지...

Horrible service!

Dissapointed after the first night without heating and hot water. We were sleeping in sweaters! Guy at the reception told me as a help to turn the radiator on!!! In the morning the front desk didnt know anything so I asked them again to fix it or to relocate us. Needed to call them several times to at least get a hot shower in another apartment. There was mattress instead of sofa bed - sofa bed was broken, not even able to sit on it, one hand towel for 6 people, no soap, 4 set of plates only! The only positive thing about the apartment is the location. The operator had refused to give us any disount for the fist night. There are hundreds of cozy apartments around the Prague, do not choose this one!

apartment in the center of old town

the apartment is what u see on the photos. u need to go to the checkin place (which is abt 5mins away) to check in and u will have to either paid a deposit of 5000 kouners or 200euros in cash or card. ( this was not what i expect but i can understand the reasons for it) After doing that then u can go to your apartment to check in. My advise is to take their transport service. it is 25euros for airport and will be cheaper if u do a return journey. my return journey was to train station and it was only 10euros. really worth it for 4 person with 4 lugguages. if u arrive late at night like us. make sure u read this. use the swipe key to enter the entrance door and the keypad is to your left of the door, then walk straight till u see a glass door and again use your swipe key to go through it. then u will see a very small door on the left side, that is the lift which is very small. can only fit 3 person. After that, you will be able to see your apartments and use the swipe card to enter again. do not expect anyone there as there is no office at all. The apartment is great but is a little worn out and if u are a light sleeper like me. you might not like it as you can heard pple talking and the slanted windows has no curtains so it will be very bright.

Boa localização, condições boas do apartamento. Apenas as áreas comuns do apartamento deixam a desejar, a área onde se localiza o elevador é escura, contém alguns degraus e poças d’água, como chegamos a noite foi um tanto inconveniente. Mas ao todo o apartamento oferece um bom custo benefício.

Great Apartments

Great Apartment in a fantastic position, the pictures on Hotels.com are from a few of the apartments as they have several in the block. The one we stayed in was lovely and the check-in staff were very polite, They also arranged transfers for us both ways, the drivers were lovely and on time. Will definitely be back and stay here again.

What a nighmare. Do not believe the photos.

We were hoping to sleep at night but this is not possible in the front bedroom with all the street noise until 3:30 in the morning. The rooms we saw on the internet sight (Hotels.com) do not reflect the actual apartment. The bathrooms are no where near what the photos showed. They are antiquated and very small and dark. The photos make it appear that you are getting a nice apartment. The furniture, lighting and decor are completely different then reality. Examples, 1 hand towel for 4 people, not soap for the bathrooms, etc. You get the idea. We tried to receive a refund but we were denied this by the property. They did allow us to change apartments but it did not matter. All in all and I would rate this property as "stay away at all costs".

Lovely and spacious - great location

Other reviews are correct: it is a real pain having to firstly go to the other side of town to collect the keys from staff at a hotel! Once at the apartment, it is a test to navigate the entrance hall and which lift to take (you have to go outside and across a courtyard rather than continue to the end of the corridor. We initially took a separate lift to another set of apartments that are also accessible through the main door off the street, ending up at the patio doors to a flat occupied by a very bemused guest!) However, the apartment is lovely and very spacious and definitely comfortable. There are 4 or so apartments owned by the company in that building and I think we had the best one: on the top (4th) floor - duplex. Makes it harder when the lift is out of service though, which it was for the majority of our stay! At least it was working when we arrived, allowing us to transport the suitcases up all the stairs. Not when leaving though. Finally, what a great location! Surprisingly, street noise was not really a problem much.

Amazing location, 2 min walk from famous clock,5 min walk to Karols, bridge, plenty of bars and restaurants around, great and helpful staff, only downside is the condition of apartment, need a bit of fresh paint, apart of that amazing, definitely will be back

Be awere!

We were transfered to another appartment, logistic problem it seems. Located few blocks from Residence Karlova, but with pickpockets around. An fight happened overnight next door. Somebody tried our door a few time. Enough?
