Clean, safe and a lot of space for less $

This Residence is clean, safe, and right in the action of old town square. many dining spots and shops are literally steps from the door. The space was very clean and the desk manager was incredibly helpful, making suggestions and even reservations for dinner and other activities. he was there 7 am to 7 pm and we were given a key to access after hours. I felt very safe at the location. This Residence will put you in the heart of old town square with a lot more space and for much less money than the hotels in this part of the city.

It was an absolute lovely charming place to stay. I adored my room which had a loft style bed* with kitchenette. Vintage style decor. But I wonder what would have happened if one were physically unable to climb up and down ladder to get to the bed. Overall it was in a perfect location not too much in direct noisy center but I 5 minute walk. I definitely will return!

The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. View from roof top patio of unit #9 was amazing. Lots of space. Beds good. Only one complaint...needs a comfortable couch. The living room Furniture is hard and uncomfortable. While it looks good (antique) is just not a place to hang out and relax.

What a great location and staff! Always helpful. My one complaint would be the WiFi didn’t work very well with n the top floor bedrooms and was spotty in the living area. I think adding a signal extender would do wonders. But we weren’t in Prague to use their WiFi so it’s not a huge concern. 😀

호텔의 위치도 좋고 시설 만족스럽고 데스크의 남자직원도 친절하고 좋은 사람이었습니다. 하지만 이 호텔에 차를 가져가는 것은 추천하지 않습니다. 발렛파킹 맡겼는데 차를 가져오기로 약속한 시간에 차를 받지 못했고 변명만 듣다가 1시간 20분이나 지난 후에 차를 받을 수 있었습니다. 체크아웃 후라 로비에서 한시간 넘게 기다려야 했고 처음부터 정확한 시간을 알려준게 아니고 10분 후 20분 후 1분 후 이런식으로 기다리게 만들었습니다. 우리는 그럼에도 불구하고 30유로를 발렛 비용으로 내야했고 시간이 지연되는 바람에 그날 다른 도시로 이동해서 할 일들을 완전히 망치게 되었습니다. 발렛은 호텔의 문제가 아니라 말할 수도 있겠지만 적어도 투숙객이 일정을 망치지 않도록 관리감독할 의무는 있다고 봅니다. 호텔의 다른 요소들은 추천하지만 차를 가져가는 것은 절대 절대 비추합니다.

Great place in a fantastic location!

We weren't sure what to expect of this hotel or Prague itself, but both turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The room was beautiful and spacious, the staff was INCREDIBLE and you could not ask for a better location: a quiet beer garden at the end of the street, a coffee shop next door, and about a 2-minute walk to the main square and astronomical clock. The only "downside" is the hours; being a smaller establishment there is only someone at the desk from 8am to 8pm, but if you have arrival/departure needs that fall outside those hours they are happy to work with you (for instance we flew in at midnight and they arranged for the transportation driver to give us an envelope with the keys inside). Just a great hotel stay, my wife and I wholeheartedly recommend it and we definitely would stay here again.
