No complaints!

Excellent hotel; clean, well appointed, all needs provided. Close to very frequent transport to the city and a good base for a long weekend in Prague on a budget. Would happily stay again.

An issue with the aircon and no curtains

This hotel is average in terms of the room. There was an issue with the air conditioning that couldn't be controlled by the control panel. The room also lacks curtains to block the light.

I don't normally stay this far out of the city, but it's a peaceful and historic area. Only a few minutes from the metro by extremely regular buses, even at weekends. Very nice to escape the bustle of the city at the end of the day. Decent small hotel with a nice restaurant. The room was clean and fresh with all the basics and a smart TV. Not for those looking for a party atmosphere, but ideal for a more restful stay. Also had quick and good bus access to the east of the city and surrounding area.

No reception or enough people working.

The reception closes at 7:00 pm. And then you have to walk to the restaurant to check in and then you have only until 10 pm. I showed up at 10:02 at the front door and tried calling - no one answered. And then I saw the sign saying to go to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant hoping I made it in time and luckily I did. When I was checking out, I came down, again, no one at the reception desk, had to go to the restaurant and track someone down.

1. Charged 37 euro in my card , for a box-meal I took from the bar to my room . I offered to pay them immediately and said it was gonna be on my room. 2. Accidentally locked my self out from my room At 9 pm. Hotel completely desserts. The manager showed up at 1:30 next day after I called him several times. Annoyed I had to bother him. 3. Noon be cleaned my room during my stay. The morning of my departures I cleaned everything, vacuumed the place and left… ???

We booked this hotel based on the comments of others who had stayed there, and all I can say was Big Mistake! The Hotel itself was nice, the area was quiet and clean and we thought ok, this looks good! Then we went to reception and meet the very unfriendly receptionist who gave us our room. Then the room.. to describe it is difficult, it was not in the main hotel and to be honest I think it was a converted garage or store room? One small window at the front so the electric light had to be on day and night and it was cold! Sparsely decorated and ZERO Chance of the “ view over Prague “ that was mentioned by many who stayed previously.. Then the killer blow! The first evening we arrived after our 4 hour drive there was a wedding in the hall directly next to our converted room and we could hear everything and the very loud band that were playing. , I went to reception to ask mr unfriendly if there was anything we could do ( a proper hotel room in the hotel would be nice :) ? But he was very stressed dealing with another unhappy customer and asked me to come back, I said ok, we would eat something across the street and come back in 30 minutes , which we did and behold .. the reception was closed and he was gone !! The following day we spent the whole day in Prague which was wonderful! All in all a very expensive stay in a converted storeroom and a receptionist who seriously needs to consider a career change ..

Der Check-in bzw Check-out war problemlos, sehr netter Mitarbeiter. Sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Eir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Charmantes, aber altes Hotel außerhalb Prags. Großer, kostenloser und sicherer Parkplatz. Das Hotel wirkt etwas abgewohnt, neuer Teppich wäre schön, aber Betten waren bequem und Zimmer sauber! Das Abendessen war hervorragend im Restaurant, wirklich empfehlenswert!

Man fährt in ein Innenhof mit mehreren Restaurants rein und in mitten ist das hotel. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sieht einladent aus. Die Anlage liegt auf ein Berg. Von dem Zimmer aus in der wir eine Nacht übernachtet haben, konnte man super über ganz Prag schauen. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und vorallem sehr sauber! Man hat die Möglichkeit frühstücken mitzubuchen, was wir auch getan haben. Das Buffet war überschaulich und es wurde direkt nachgefüllt sobald was nicht mehr da war. Würden wenn sich die Gelegenheit wieder ergibt, wieder das Hotelzimmer buchen.

The reason I am severe by giving a negative review is because of a serious issue that could have created a lethal situation: the power outlet near the hair dryer was not secured and electrical wires were exposed. If I had touched the wires, I might not have been able to write this review... Although the hotel personnel glued the plactic cover to prevent an accident, the attitude of one of the receptionnists I talked to, was really inadapted (showing no understanding of the danger, but more like "electical wires are exposed ? what is the problem?"). This is an inacceptable attitude for me, hence my negative review.

A me e’ piaciuta molto dato che la posizione 13 km circa dal centro di Praga è facilmente raggiungibile con la Metro che dista poco più di 1 km dall’hotel ..camere pulitissime e silenziose ottima la Colazione ci tornerò....

First time in Czech Republic

This hotel is a hidden gem. We mainly got it for the closeness of the O2 Arena (about 10 minutes) as we had multiple things to attend there. The hotel is directly connected to a restaurant where complimentary breakfast (out of this world delicious) is served and we also received a coupon for the regular restaurant. Front desk people were very nice. The hallway to the room is angled like an attic which was different, so watch your heads. The room is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the windows open for fresh air. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend.

Die Location des Hotels war wunderschön denn es war sehr ruhig und man war schnell mit der metro in der Prager Stadtmitte es gibt eigentlich nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat... 🙌
