This was a beautifully kept room with a fabulous bathtub! The location was absolutely perfect for a short stay in Prague, and I would not hesitate to stay there again!

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for quite some time. Check-in was easy, great location next to the main square and the Metro. Very quiet building, good air conditioning, Reasonable price.

Extremely responsive and helpful staff when my flight plans changed unexpectedly. Accommodations were spacious and had European charm that made this feel like it was MY space while traveling, rather than staying in a hotel. Felt super comfortable and safe as a solo female traveler. Centrally located to a lot of tourist spots and plenty of restaurants to try, all within walking distance.

The location was fantastic as it was just off the main "old town" square, within easy walking distance of the majority of city attractions. Very accomodating to our needs as our train leaving was not until 10pm, holding our luggage for the day. Highly recommend High Heaven Residence for your stay in Prague.

Not as accessible as we thought it would be

GREAT PART 1: We expected a hotel room, but they gave us a spacious apartment! Better than perfect. The kitchen was well-equipped, we loved the view, and there were two full baths. GREAT PART 2: The location was in a beautiful neighborhood and was incredibly convenient. BUT … One important reason we chose this hotel was because it was described as accessible. It was not. There was an elevator, but we also needed to go up and down a few stairs at the entry, and then almost a full flight to get from the elevator stop to our room. These unavoidable stairs presented a problem for us. For someone in a wheelchair or on crutches, the stairs would make access all but impossible.

It’s all about location. You’ll be living in the middle of all you want to see and visit in Prague. Rooms are newly renovated, nice and clean. Staff are helpful and very polite. You won’t be disappointed. Worth every penny.

This was hands down the absolute best stay I had on my entire trip! The staff were great at communicating with me prior to my arrival as well as being very welcoming when I arrived. As a solo female traveler, the location was perfect for walking to the main square as well as restaurants and I felt completely safe the entire time I was there. I felt like a princess in this room - very spacious, modern appliances, beautiful floors, fixtures, and architect, plus a bath tub that was so big, I still dream about it. I would come back to Prague for many reason but mainly just so I could stay here again.

A Few Days in Prague

Easy check-in process. Location is IDEAL! Walk a few minutes and you are in the heart of the Old Town. Easy 6 minute walk in the opposite direction and you are at the Karlov IV Bridge and looking at Lesser Town. Late night food is nearby.

Ótimo!

Hotel com localização ESPETACULAR, muito próximo da praça do relógio (fui andando) e de estações de metrô e tram. Recebi e-mails do hotel com orientações sobre check in e como encontrar o hotel (já que o mesmo não pode ter nome na fachada pq se trata de prédio histórico) e foi facílimo de encontrar. Instalações muito confortáveis, com elevador, quarto amplo, confortável e silencioso. Check in fácil (só achei muito cara a taxa da cidade que foi cobrada em comparação aos outros lugares), inclusive tive problemas com atraso de voo e só consegui chegar na madrugada do dia seguinte e eles foram super tranquilos. Não tem café da manhã, mas diversas opções ao redor. Voltaria e recomendo.

Other than a $25 hidden cleaning fee, this hotel was very nice, clean, perfectly located near tourist points of interest. I would highly recommend it, and if you like quiet at night, this was SUPER QUIET ! However, our room had a nice skylight but no view to speak of....

Excellent stay

Very comfortable room with Netflix and Wifi. The location was excellent and reception arranged airport transfers for us - we were picked up from arrivals at the airport in a very comfortable car.

Accueil peu chaleureux. Frais de ménages à payer sur place dès l’arrivée. Chambre petite mais propre. Se situé au dernier étage d’un immeuble, très bruyant avec les allers et venus. Depuis la chambre nous entendions tout ce qu’il se passait à la réception qui était juste à côté. Globalement déçu par cette réservation.

This is not really a Hotel. It is set up more like Air B & B. The room was nice and close to old town. However if you needed anything from the front desk, it was not staffed most of the time. The front desk person was very helpful when she was there. In our case, we needed a little bit more guideance.

Best location wz clean good size room & nice staff

My husband and I were stayed there for long weekend. The first image is the super nice and helpful reception staff. She took contact via WhatsApp and hotel.com email to make sure when would we arrive the hotel. Then she send the very detail location instruction to guide us how to go to hotel from airport. It turns out we decided to book a pickup service, she did it for us immediately. After arrived the hotel, the room is at fifth floor with very nice size in both room and bathroom. Very Clean. Also has scilence air conditioner in good condition ( keep the room temperature perfectly). Hotel locates at the heart of Praha old town, walking distance to every tourist points, and the bus, metro and tram station are nearby the hotel. You can't find any location better than this. Definitely we will can back next time when we visit Praha again. Highly recommended!
