Lovely stay

Just returned from a great stay at susa, arrived late so had instructions for self check in which were very good, was impressed with size of room! Kitchenette handy for keeping drinks cool. Breakfast included was a bonus as it really helped keep my costs down. Good location right ny tram stop into town

No frills but the staff was great

My heart wanted to rate this hotel better because of the great staff but there were shortcomings. The location is good if you want a residential feel. There were great bars and restaurants nearby but far from Old Town and the airport. The parking was also very sparse. You had to squeeze your vehicle into a tiny lot and give your keys to staff in case he had to move your car. The accommodations were ok especially if you’re on a budget. The bed could have used some new springs. The breakfast was also just okay. But the staff was kind and a great communicator. So I would say if you’re looking for satisfactory accommodations and an inexpensive stay - then the Susa is alright.

Bra beliggenhet, litt sliten hotell, men gode senger. Mange lekeplasser og gode spisesteder i nærheten. Frokosten er helt grei, ikke noe å skryte av. Parkering, men den må betales i tillegg. Hyggelig personale.

Nie wieder in dieses Hotel. Auf der Beschreibung des Aparthotel Susa, wird angebeben, das die Zimmer mit Safe ausgestattet sind, was gelogen ist. Des weiteren eine Aussicht über die Stadt, stattdessen schaut man in den Innenhof und auf der Strassenseite nur Gebäude gegenüber mit eine Kneipe wo es sehr laut ist. Es gibt auch keine Rolläden, nur Vorhänge, die so kurz von der Breite sind, das immer das Licht der Strasse rein kommt. Die Fenstergriffe fallen ab. Dann hatten wir in der Küche ein Ameisen Nest, die Putzfrau hatte nicht mal ein Spray dagegen, wurden nur weg gewischt mit Essig reiniger und das Problem blieb bestehen. Die Putzfrauen putzen in 5 Minuten nur Grob die Apartments, nicht Gründlich. Alle Möbel uralt und zerkratzt etc. Dann wurde der Fahrstuhl innen lackiert und kein Hinweis dazu, so das wir unsere Kleidung mit Lack verschmierten. Parken: sehr enge Einfahrt, mit einem SUV Nissan nur ca 1 cm Platz Rechts und Links wenn die Spiegel eingeklappt sind, dazu Parken neben den 9 Stellplätzen, dann mittig weitere Autos, plus die Fahrschule mit ihren 3 Autos so zu, das man jedes mal bescheid sagen muss, wenn man weg fahren will, dann müssen erstmal die Autos Raus gefahren werden damit man Raus Kommt. Ab 22 Uhr ist jedoch kein Personal mehr da, so das man dann nicht mehr Raus kommt. Hauptsache viele Autos rein und Geld verdienen 12 Euro pro Tag. Frühstück: wenig Auswahl und immer das Gleiche und wir bekamen danach immer heftigen Durchfall.

東欧への出張は初めてで最初は緊張しましたが、清潔感のあるコンドミニアムの部屋で調理器具も一通りあり、部屋の掃除も行き届いていたこと、ベットの寝心地が私には最適で毎晩疲れて帰ってきてもゆっくり休めリフレッシュできたこと、さらにホテルのローケーションの良さ、スタッフの応対の良さ、迅速な対応、モーニングも良く快適な滞在となりました　リーゾナブルなところもお勧めできると思います　次回機会があれば同じホテルを予約するつもりです

Prima ligging op een rustige locatie. Zowel het oude als het nieuwe centrum liggen op ca. 20 minuten lopen. Verder liggen er prima winkels en restaurants in de directe omgeving van het hotel. De kamers waren groot en zagen er prima uit. De medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was simpel van opzet.

Good value for the price

The accommodation is close to the city centre, in a beautiful residential part of Prague. The equipment of the apartment is a bit old but everything is clean. A basic breakfast is a bonus.

Příjemný apatmán, každý den uklizeno, dobré postele, možnost regulovat si topení, malá kuchyňka, ale pro 4-lůžkový apatrmán pouze 2 hrníčky, takže uvařený čaj nebylo do čeho nalít. Snídaně byly jednodušší, problém byl s průběžným doplňováním potravin.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful in laying out sites on a map, main places to go and good places to eat. They helped us with our laundry and helped us park our car. It was very nice to have a place at the hotel to park our car even though it had a narrow (byUS standards) archway. The breakfasts were quite good. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.
