Muy MAL, no vuelvo a reservar por este medio

Mal resulta que llegue al hotel y me comentaron que no tenían mi reservación que porque ya no trabajaban con ustedes fue muy incómodo buscar otra estadía por lo que nos tuvimos que hospedar de emergencia en Dolores Hidalgo quiero pensar que mi reservación se las dieron a otro huésped mal por el hotel y espero que no tenga algún cobra adicional que ahora tenga que estar aclarando, espero que el hotel también tenga alguna sanción muy mala experiencia.

Aceptan mascotas pero no tienen las condiciones para las mascotas y si hacen del baño dentro de las instalaciones te cobran 350 pesos de multa decepcionante (aún que le limpies tú te cobran)

La casona minera fue una muy grata sorpresa para nosotros. Aun cuando es una casa muy vieja, la habitación que nos asignaron estaba sumamente bien cuidada y muy limpia. La atención de la chica de la recepción es maravillosa, de verdad se esmera por ayudar. Tomamos una terapia de lavanda en el spa que nos encantó! Una experiencia nueva para nosotros, pues te sumerges en una especie de barril gigante con espuma y esencia de lavanda y durante el tiempo que pasas ahí te llevan te y nieve de lavanda. Y el precio super accesible! Lis jardines muy limpios y bien cuidados. El desayuno incluido muy completo. El unico pero es que la habitación que nos tocó se escuchaba cualquier ruido en el pasillo y el exterior, pero con unos buenos tapones para los oidos lo solucionas. La relación calidad-precio es bastante justa. Mineral de Pozos es pueblo muy pequeñito pero con un encanto muy particular, es como viajar al pasado.

Un lugar muy cómodo con gran espiritu de servicio al cliente, instalaciones cómodas y amplias. Las instalaciones sanitizadas, siguieron fielmente los protocolos de cuidado por la pandemia, la decoración y mantenimiento de cada uno de los restaurantes, jardines, recepción, etc excelentes. Family suite in la Casona Minera

Colonial style hotel on a plaza just off the Main Street with secure parking plus small outdoor pool and play area. Breakfast including choice of hot foods and was served buffet style. There is no restaurant on site but there is a small “chapel” just next to reception. We stayed in the family suite which consisted of two huge adjoining rooms with four single beds and very high 4mplus ceilings. The room was a little cold but it was winter and a heater was provided.

Excelente hotel, el personal es atento y amable. Se siente un ambiente muy acogedor. Fuimos en viaje familiar y este hotel es excelente para ello. La ubicación es muy buena, puedes salir a caminar por el pueblito sin contratiempos, su ubicación es muy buena.

Muy bonito el hotel, nos hemos quedado varias veces, sin embargo observamos detalles que no evolucionan: cables de la pantalla colgando y dan mal aspecto, olor en el baño, chapas de puerta que no son fáciles de abrir, pero en particular, vemos que se ostentan como Hotel Boutique y el desayuno es peor que hotel de trabajo, no pasan de huevo en diversas modalidades e ingredientes del súper y de los más económicos o muy sencillos, debían tener mas cuidado en esos detalles, si quieren ser Boutique, esto debe ser necesariamente superior.
