Al llegar habiamos indicado que llevabamos mascota, nos registramos y cuando regresamos ese dia de la playa por la tarde se nos indico debiamos hacer un pago extra por la mascota, cosa que no se nos indico antes. Tanto en la app como el hotel deberian estar o indicar que se maneja ese ripo de cobro adicional para que no fuera sorpresa ckmo no la llevamos nosotros. La puerta del baño se atoraba, y la de la ducha estaba desoldada y no cerraba,

Mejoren con las reservaciones

Cuando llegue no tenían mi reservación el muchacho le dio solución solo fue una poca más tardado , lo q no me gustó fue que habían militares en el hotel y es incómodo por el echo q no pudimos abrir las cortinas de la habitación por qué estaban hasta en la azotea y ocupaban la mitad del estacionamiento y tube que dejar mi carro en la calle

Las necesidades necesarias para estar comodo,excelente servicio y amabilidad. En la habitación que me tocó aveces se iba la señal del internet y la pantalla de la habitación no es la mejor pero en general es un lugar recomendable para estar comodo y si tuviera que regresar a poza rica seguramente me quedaría de nuevo.
