"Very well thought out new build extension, built to a high standard, and comfortable. We had a relaxed mini-break and enjoyed staying here. Plenty of local places to eat but we didn't go much further than the Recruiting Sargeant which is excellent. The only negative is the busy road out front but even that isn't a big deal."

"Nice and clean, well decorated but small. Very noisy road, and very hot throughout our stay. As the inside temperature never dropped below 24 degrees (19th to 24th June), we tried to leave bedroom windows open at night, but only did so for an hour on the first night, as there is so much traffic for most of the night, roaring up and down, so not had a lot of sleep. Took coffee bags with us as no coffee maker, as per previous reviews. Power shower was pretty weak but sufficed. Very small...

We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. "Although we enjoyed our stay we think that a fair bit of updating is required and there was some sort of drain problem with the associated smell and despite a complete bottle of bleach we could not eradicate it. The furniture and appliances was very good"
