This being my first stay I was very skeptical of how things would go, but this place turned out to be amazing. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and the house itself was very nice too, it was clean, well furnished/decorated and was just overall very pretty. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location Location!

We stayed for great riding experiences and this place is in a PERFECT location to get to Talimena, Mount Magazine, Fort Smith, etc. Beds were comfortable. Nice big kitchen, dining area and grill outside. Heidi was great with super fast communication.

Charming farmhouse, with a beautiful backdrop. Just off the Hwy and mins to just about anything you could need. Home is very old, which may make some shy away, but the charm of the home is too good to pass up. Heidi was great to work with and easy to communicate with as well.

Not quite as described

Definitely Grandma house. Decor inside was nice but there were several issues,Musty smells when we came in.Floors had new coverings but there are issues underneath.Only the 2 back burners worked on stove, 1 of the knobs were broke so I didn't do any cooking, never tried the oven.the back bedroom as a ceiling fan/light we turned on and when we started to go to bed light was off, fan still working (we didn't touch it) then it came back on 4:30 in the morning waking me up.I never bothered contacting owner/manager since it was a holiday/weekend,
