Waited at the counter 30 mins to check in and waited at the counter 45 mins at check out for someone to come to counter to get my room card totally unacceptable.

Less than a handful of guests. Yet i was ask to room at the end of building on opposite side with no parking on ground floor in not so pleasant room where no immediate hot water. I moved myself to another room on request to 2nd floor midway in front of building. Better room, not as dingy as previous room. Had hot water but toilet seat was broken, coffee maker in room was old and missing lid to carafe. Will not stay there again.

Do not stay here

This hotel needs major renovations. Rooms are run down and even though we are forced to initial for non-smoking rooms, the rooms smell of smoke and there was even a cigarette burn on one of the bed covers. The sinks have no plugs and the paint on the walls of the bathroom is peeling and holes in the wall next to the toilet is half-patched. The male receptionist did not understand that the rooms was prepaid on Hotels.com, and made me pay again, making me to feel as though I was the one not understanding, or that I was somehow trying to get away without paying. The female receptionist was competent and rectified the situation after much debate. Overall the worst experience I have ever had a Rodeway Inn, and certainly the worst hotel experience ever.

did not stay after arriving and checking in

We ultimately did not stay there and left to find another hotel. We got there and got the keys and the non smoking room smelled terribly of smoke. We arrived around midnight and there were a ton of people milling around which we found disconcerting for that time of night. The clerk at the desk was very warm and friendly and accommodating refunding us the money when we decided to leave.

The pictures show that there is a pool and all kinds of stuff. Maybe at one point in time there used to be but grass is growing out of the bottom of the pool at least 5 feet. The beds are hard and I walked past an open room where someone was sitting on the bed shooting up drugs

We liked the close access to restaurants and our venues. While the room was clean, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the bath towels were poorly stocked...no extras. Not bad overall but likely wouldn't use this hotel again.

Nothing like the picture.

The grass needed mowed weeks ago, had no shower curtain, the coffee pot needed cleaned it had coffee grounds in it and the mirror that was behind the table looked like they had sprayed it to clean it but forgot to wipe it off. The beds though were comfortable but the pillows were not.

The room was disgusting. There were cigarette burn holes on the sheets, blood spots on the blankets, on the side of the box spring there was a brown stain and a brown straight right below on the carpet like someone had vomited. There were cigarette ashes on the air conditioner. In the bathroom on the sink and bath tub there was crack pipe burns all over. Drug deals happened outside all through out the night.

We didn't even make it to our rooms. The outside is in poor condition. There was drug paraphernalia laying on the ground. Do not go by the pictures that are posted on the site. It does not look anything like it. Not acceptable for anyone to stay.

Front desk was friendly, some incompetence. Owner was very amenable. The place is really a local dive, but it is clean. The staff is very small town friendly. My hometown from a very changed perspective.

I checked in after a long hot day hiking. The staff moved my reservation from the second floor to the first floor so I didn't have to climb stairs. They also moved my friend's reservation so we could be near each other.
