A limpeza dos quartos não acontece todo dia e o café da manhã repetiu os mesmos alimentos por três dias. Pessoas insistem em você comprar produtos que são vendidos no hotel. A recepcionista me pediu para abrir a porta para um cliente entrar enquanto eu aguardava o táxi ( obs: Sou negra e o cliente branco). Não sei pq esse hotel tem três estrelas.

Avisei que ia chegar de madrugada. Quando cheguei o quarto reservado tinha xixi de cachorro no box, com o fedor no quarto inteiro. Mudando para outro quarto, não tinha lençol na cama, no terceiro quarto eu só queria dormir, porque estava cansada de trocar de quarto. Precisa melhorar muito a estrutura, a limpeza e o cuidado com o quarto antes de um hóspede entrar.
