Nice villa close to one of the best beaches

The villa is exactly as described and we very much enjoyed our stay there. The villa is ideal for 4 to 6 people. Restaurants, bakery and supermarkets are all close by.

Wonderful Stay

Again we stayed in this great place. It’s perfect for 2 Families. The taste of the interior is very charming and well chosen by the host. The pool and the large property was well received by the kids. Thanks again!

Very Nice House with tasteful decor

It was a very nice stay. Rooms are very good for families and friends with 3 bathrooms. Beautiful garden with lots of space. Interior very tasteful. Close to the nice beaches. Road in front is OK since this is typical for this part of the isle. All in all we will come again.

Magnifique sĂ©jour passĂ© dans cette magnifique Villa. Le seul point nĂ©gatif que nous avons trouvĂ© est l’état du terrain de pĂ©tanque qui n’est pas top du tout. Tout le reste est parfait.

Schöne Villa mit Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Wir hatten eine Woche eine schöne Zeit in der Villa. 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder hatten gut Platz . GĂŒnstig gelegen um den SĂŒden der Insel zu erkunden, aber auch gĂŒnstig fĂŒr TagesausflĂŒge ins Inland fĂŒr Wanderungen. Außenanlagen mĂŒssten gepflegter sein, Geschirr mĂŒsste aufgestockt werden um nicht nach jedem Essen den GeschirrspĂŒler anzuwerfen, kleine Renovierungsarbeiten wĂŒrden den stolzen Preis der Miete besser rechtfertigen .

Preis/Leistung könnte besser sein

Tolle Lage, großes GrundstĂŒck - keine Frage. Aber leider reicht das nicht, um den Preis zu rechtfertigen. Die Liebe zum Detail fehlt, und so haben in der Summation leider viele Kleinigkeiten das Gesamtbild getrĂŒbt. Der Poolbereich hatte keinen einzigen Sonnenschirm, es lagen kaputte Liegen im GestrĂŒpp, der Garten ist absolut nicht gepflegt, der Boule-Bereich mit Unkraut ĂŒberwuchert und die BĂ€lle fast alle kaputt. Eine billige Plastiktruhe neben dem Pool war auch nicht sehr ansprechend. Der Inhalt gehört offenbar den Besitzern, die nach unserem DafĂŒrhalten das Anwesen nur noch selten selbst nutzen. Sonst wĂŒrden sie es besser pflegen. Der Empfang war Ă€ußerst unfreundlich und unwirsch, Absprachen wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts schlecht und AnkĂŒndigungen ĂŒber Termine (etwa Putzfrau und Poolboy) sehr kurzfristig. Zur Ausstattung im Haus: grundsĂ€tzlich alles vorhanden, allerdings geht aus der Anzeige nicht hervor, dass sich das Badezimmer zum Hauptschlafzimmer direkt und ohne rĂ€umliche Trennung im Schlafzimmer befindet (WC 1m neben dem Bett). In der KĂŒche ist auch einiges vorhanden, allerdings fĂŒr maximal 4 Personen, zu dritt mussten wir bereits tĂ€glich den GeschirrspĂŒler einschalten. FĂŒr 8 Personen reicht das Geschirr gerade mal bis zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Insgesamt also ein leicht enttĂ€uschtes: Good do better!!! Wir wĂŒrden nicht noch einmal buchen und es auch leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Ferien

Tolles Haus mit Pool auf großzĂŒgigem GrundstĂŒck. Checkliste und Check out unkompliziert. Tolle StrĂ€nde in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Einzig die Ausstattung der KĂŒche was Teller und Kochutensilien angeht ist fĂŒr 6 oder mehr Personen vielleicht etwas knapp. Insgesamt tolle Location. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great vacations!

Very nice house in beautiful surroundings. For 8 Personenn the kitchen should be equipped a little more comprehensive, but that's complaining at a very high level. We will be happy to come back.

Impeccable

La maison est trÚs agréable à vivre, bien équipée, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Elle est aussi trÚs bien située prÚs des plages. La piscine et le jardin sont bien entretenus. L'accueil était chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !

Emballé !!!

TrĂšs belle propriĂ©tĂ©, bien conçue, spacieuse, avec une belle piscine. Des plages et paysages magnifiques Ă  proximitĂ©. De trĂšs bons restaurants Ă©galement Ă  proximitĂ©. Un super accueil partout oĂč nous sommes allĂ©s. Un sĂ©jour parfait. Nous reviendrons... ( Des tapis en sortie de douche seraient bienvenus ). Merci encore pour nous avoir fait dĂ©couvrir la Corse dans un habitat et un cadre exceptionnel.

Belle maison pour 8 personnes avec une terrasse et piscine trÚs agréables à proximité des plus belles plages. Dommage seulement que la climatisation ne soit pas dans toutes les chambres .

Super Villa mit sehr großem Pool in StrandnĂ€he. Überdachte große Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick. EingezĂ€untes GrundstĂŒck mit Code-gesichertem Tor. Straße vor dem GrundtĂŒck viel befahren, stört aber nicht. Insgesamt fĂŒr 8 Leute zu empfehlen; 2 Masterbedrooms mit Klimaanlage.

Séjour agréable dans une belle propriété

TrĂšs belle propriĂ©tĂ©, bien situĂ©e et offrant tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires Ă  un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. Route trĂšs passante Ă  proximitĂ© un peu bruyante mais non gĂȘnante (en basse saison du moins). Location de voiture probablement nĂ©cessaire car plages Ă  proximitĂ© mais route un peu dangereuse pour y circuler en piĂ©ton. Nous dĂ©plorons uniquement le niveau de propretĂ© de la maison Ă  notre arrivĂ©e qui n’était pas satisfaisant, notamment Ă  la vue des frais de mĂ©nage payĂ©s : nous avons du passer l’aspirateur, nettoyer la plancha laissĂ©e pleine de graisse, vider le lave-vaisselle laissĂ© plein, dĂ©sherber le terrain de pĂ©tanque laisse en friche depuis quelques temps. En dehors de cela, nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour et le tarif est adaptĂ©.

Excellent séjour -

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans une maison oĂč l'on se sent comme chez soi. Fonctionnel et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Piscine chauffĂ©e Ă  l'arrivĂ©e comme je l'avais demandĂ©. Le seul bĂ©mol est le bruit de la route en bas ce qui gĂąche un peu au regard de l'environnement exceptionnel.

Cette trĂšs jolie propriĂ©tĂ© est Ă  proximitĂ© directe d’une route ultra passante. Le bruit de fond est incessant. Par ailleurs, l’accĂšs Ă  la plage Ă  pied est une illusion. Il faut Ă  minima 25 mns de marche sur cette fameuse route (sans trottoir) ultra passante en Ă©tĂ© (en tout cas). Je n’aurai pas louĂ© cette maison (trĂšs jolie et bien conçue par ailleurs) si j’avais eu ces Ă©lĂ©ments en main.

Passons sur la qualitĂ© du mobilier de la villa qui n'est pas pas a la hauteur du standing revendiquĂ© Passons sur la minuscule cuisine pour une villa de 8 personnes Mais comment passer sur le fait que vous ĂȘtes exposĂ©s toute la journĂ©e au vacarme de la circulation automobile incessante sur la route bordant la propriĂ©tĂ© ?? les frĂ©quents relents d'odeur d’égouts sur la terrasse, Ă©taient ,eux, peut ĂȘtre occasionnels mais trĂšs gĂȘnants aussi
