A pousada Rigatoni foi muito além das nossas expectativas! Os quartos são bem aconchegantes e o banheiro do bangalô espaçoso, as amenidades são ótimas, e todas as refeições que tivemos foram excelentes! A isca de peixe e batata frita super sequinha, a tapioca no café da manhã uma delícia, enfim, recomendo muito!

Lugar mágico para um grande relaxamento!

Gostei muito de todas instalações da pousada. O jardim é lindo, o chalé é grande com um pátio ou sacada confortável, o café da manhã é gostoso e o atendimento do time é simpático.

Incrível descoberta.

Foi incrível estar nesse lugar, atendimento com excelência , desde a recepção, café da manhã impecável, os cuidados com os detalhes eram muito especiais, silencioso, cuidado com a limpeza, o restaurante, sem comentários, junto a estrutura de praia m, com drinks maravilhosos, experimento quase todos, os ceviche’s explosão de sabores. Agora o atendimento meu caro, esse era demais , humano, acolhedor, pessoas felizes trabalham nessa pousada incrível, adorei.

Nossa estadia na Pousada Rigatoni Beach, em Arraial D´Ajuda - Porto Seguro, ocorreu no mês de junho de 2024 e foi excelente! Ótima praia, funcionárias muito atenciosas, quarto limpo e bem organizado, restaurante agradável e um super café da manhã com vista para a praia...pertinho do mar... foi ótimo. Recomendo!

A pousada é legal porém tivemos experiências ruins: combinaram conosco que o restaurante ficaria aberto para ceia de reveillon até chegarmos e quando chegamos ja estava fechado, antes do horário de atendimento, não nos deram opção nenhuma de alimentação. Não havíamos reservado nenhum restaurante na região por causa do acordo feito com a pousada, que não cumpriram e não tivemos onde ceiar. Nosso quarto era de frente para a piscina e pedimos diversas vezes para trocarmos porque estava com música alta até de madrugada e a funcionária confirmou que a pousada não estava lotada e tinha quartos vazios porém não podia nos trocar. As cadeiras em frente a praia estavam sempre ocupadas por pessoas de fora da pousada que estavam no bar e os hóspedes não tinham nenhuma prioridade. A estrutura da pousada é bem bacana porém precisa melhorar o atendimento e valorizar melhor os hóspedes, pagamos o valor de um resort por um tratamento ruim e pousada no máximo 3 estrelas.

Excelente pousada. Gostei mto. Sinal de Wi-Fi é fraco, mtas vezes ficamos sem internet por conta que nossa operadora não tinha sinal. Porém para nós acabou sendo um ponto positivo por afastar da "tela" na Bahia.
