Lugar Perfeito para Hospedagem em Trancoso !

Pousada linda, charmosa e muito bem cuidada. Comida e serviço do restaurante muito bom. Recepção com atendimento confuso, esqueceram algumas vezes das solicitações que fizemos e um dia esqueceram de arrumar o quarto. Café da manhã pode melhorar.

Infraestrutura e atenção dos funcionários. A única coisa que me incomodou foi o fato da recepção ser um pouco escura e longe da entrada ou seja, é mais um escritório do que uma recepção / ponto de encontro e receptividade mas que em absoluto comprometeu a estadia. Excelente pousada - precisa melhorar café da manhã

A melhor (e mais cara) pousada de Trancoso. Frente ao mar, com boa comida, piscina climatizada e ótimo serviço. Único ponto que requer melhoria urgente é o café da manhã que requer uma supervisão de gerência. No passado era um buffet ótimo e funcional e agora um serviço à carta (possivelmente por causa da pandemia) com qualidade sofrível, serviço totalmente descoordenado, lento e parece não haver pessoal suficiente na cozinha para elaborar os pratos quentes pedidos pelos hóspedes - vária vezes nossos pratos foram simplesmentes esquecidos ou tardaram uma hora (!) a ser servidos. Tirando o café da manhã, o serviço de praia e demais restaurantes é excelente.

Muito bom

O atendimento é bom. São funcionários atenciosos e educados. O café-da-manhã é servido à la carte, o que achei muito bom. O restaurante tem bons pratos. Nada excepcional. O sushi bar cobra um preço acima da média por pouca comida, mas pede quem quer. Um pequeno detalhe é a falta de atenção do atendimento na praia. Os quartos são limpos, a cama bem confortável. Vale a visita!

Pousada de ótima qualidade com quarto espaçoso confortável com mosquiteiro; restaurante muito bom ; café da manhã excelente paisagem e vista maravilhosa. Pontos negativos: faltava a água quente à noite ponto um dos apartamentos estava com a privada entupida o que não foi resolvido os quatro dias de hospedagem.

Boa pousada para Day user

Cheguei em um Domingo. Encaminhei para tomar uma cerveja. e fui completamente ignorado, visto que o hotel trabalha com day user, que acho têm preferencia. No dia seguinte e partida fui atendido com cortesia. O hotel tem boa estrutura. Se algum dia voltar vou ficar em dias uteis. Final de semana é praticamente impossivel disputar cadeira de sol e ser atendido.
