Everything was great overall, but the check-in was 30 minutes late. Also, there is no hairdryer in the room; you have to pick it up at the reception, and they only allow you to use it for 40 minutes.

Bom pra jovens

Três pontos positivos: a localização, café da manhã e atendimento. Em frente a praia e ao lado de restaurantes, mercado e farmácia. Pequeno almoço variado e fresco. Staff atencioso e encontrei o quarto sempre limpo. Mas os quartos deixam a desejar. O lençol ou é a menor ou nao é de elástico; durante a noite ele vai saindo e vc acorda deitada no próprio colchão. Só tem mesinha de cabeceira de um lado. Não tem espelho no quarto. Não tem água quente na pia do banheiro, nao tem secador de cabelo, nem itens de higiene; e o frigobar não funciona sem a chave, o que para quem usa insulina e precisa deixar o medicamento refrigerado é um problema. Na minha idade gostaria de mais conforto.

Ótima estadia

Muito boa experiência. O atendimento da recepção é ótimo, os horários foram cumpridos (tanto de check in, quanto café da manhã e também da limpeza dos quartos), além de que a limpeza estava ótima. Acomodações novas, com bom espaço e duas camas de casal, e excelente espaço externo com piscinas. Muito boa localização na praia de Taperapuã, em frente ao Axé Moi.

Da pra melhorar

Chekin um pouco demorado. Chegou outro cliente depois de mim, me deixaram e foram atender o outro . Aluguei um quarto luxo me colocaram no Standard, 419. Canais de televisão somente os locais. Atendimento das meninas e meninos limpeza, do café , são maravilhoso, café da manha e excelente. Piscinas área de lazer do hotel são excelentes. Ckekout Muito demorado também. Muito barulho a noite toda portas batendo, gente gritando no corredor.

Razoável

Hotel é bem localizado, tinha tudo pra ser melhor. Achei mal administrado. As dependências do hotel sem planejamento nenhum, a recepção, a sala das mãe e o restaurante onde é servido o café ficam em locais diferentes e não tem proteção (telhado) entre essas locais, choveu bastante e pra sair dos quartos pra ir tomar café tinha que ir debaixo de chuva e nem guarda chuva eles disponibilizam. Peguei por um quarto luxo e fui acomodada em um quarto inferior, só descobri após 3 noites, achei isso uma sacanagem e fui literalmente enganada. Cafe da manhã bem básico, não tinha um biscoito pra dar as crianças. Enfim pra quem procura conforto eu não recomendo.

Foi muito boa porém tivemos que trocar de quarto, já que o quarto não estava como deveria pelo hotel que é e pelo preço pago, de resto foi tudo ótimo. Café da manhã ótimo piscina maravilhosa funcionários atenciosos, pertinho da praia, gostamos muito.
