Really fantastic apartment! Stunning inlaid floors (although the floorboards are loose. It was gorgeous clean and huge! Wrybwindedul area to hang out and in a great location. Comfortable beds and great to have two bathrooms. Two toilets and two showers.

Spacious Apartment with Great Location!

The apartment couldn't have been in a better location! We were able to walk downtown and see so much. Also a convenient parking garage right across the street from the apartment. The apartment itself was huge and unique, but needed some repairs. The flooring was coming up in certain areas and there was a smell of age in the place. Linens and bathrooms were clean, but I felt they could have freshened it up without losing the vintage look.

Really amazing property with a great vibe. Location is absolutely perfect. But the communication and service from the team was the thing that made things really easy, expecially when checking in and out. Things were really thought out in the apartment including amenities and facilities. I would make clear its got 2 bathrooms as this was reservation before booking as I thought it was just one for a large group, but in fact it was 2, which was great. Only slight nuance was a few loose peices of the wood flooring in the kitchen which did cause some issues when walking and a hazard. Otherwise would reccomend!!

Great for work and family!

Hotel location is excellent. Expect some traffic noise as located in town. The hotel team are friendly and very helpful. Apartment is great for big families and work space for business. The Wi-Fi was wonky at times. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Will definitely come back.

It was an adventure

Every thing about this apartment is great, except the check-in process was a little hassle. We missed the instruction of going to different location to pick up the key to the apartment, and we didn't have wifi to communicate with the agent so we took taxi direct to the apartment. It was no one fault, just because we were not familiar with this process.

Stay away from this apartment. We had a miserable stay. The shower in the bathroom changes temperature mid-shower. Some members in our party got scalded by the hot water. The management team repeatedly lied about fixing it. The apartment is also quite run down, the bathroom is in a horrible condition, missing light bulbs all over the apartment, loose floor boards, etc. The bedrooms are very loud at night. Neighbors upstairs had a party until 2am on multiple occasions. The area is great, but the apartment is one of the worst we ever stayed in.

Incredible stay - impeccably located, with a responsive, full-service staff that went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and wonderful. Staff was available by WhatsApp seemingly 24/7. YourOPO even had a crib and baby bath tub waiting for us as requested. Luiz (who was phenomenal) met us at the door and gave us a white glove check in. It is an older building, but still very comfortable with AC in every room. The bath tub design was a bit difficult to navigate, and if you have limited mobility, I would be a bit concerned about getting in and out. There were also some loose floor “tiles” that would come up regularly. They’re easy to set back in, but with a baby, we were a bit concerned. With that said, it was a wonderful stay and experience, and really made our stay in Porto all the better. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
