The room was big, clean and quiet. The staff very helpful and service minded. Breakfast good. Close to metro station and a big supermarket. 15 min. walk to food market and historical "must sees". Can recommend!

2nd time here - beds still as hard as previous so star still deducted. Could do with moving on the street sleepers , bit off putting on the walk up but didnt bother u either. Great choice for breakfast and staff friendly n welcoming, èspecially those in breakfast room.. Recommend

Great hotel , used before and fab location ( 5 mins walk from trindade metro). Great breakfast choice inc a new egg/omelette station. Room of a good size and bar has good options also. Staff friendly and helpful. Def recommend

It’s a small hotel, but with a beautiful decorated lobby and where they serve breakfast. Also close to the center.The room had everything I needed and breakfast was delicious and varied also natural juices including my favorite orange juice. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathtub it was very slippery. Thanks to Daniele and Edy, they were very nice, helpful and kind with me and my friend.

Ontvangst prima, bij binnenkomst op de kamer stond er een schaal fruit met chocolade voor ons klaar. Het ontbijt viel ons wat tegen. Wel veel taartjes en koekjes maar de soorten brood was wat karig. Bovendien geen gekookt of gebakken eitje. Wel scrumble eggs. Wij hadden op de bovenste verdieping een kamer met balkon. Echter de ramen en balkon zat onder vogelpoep.

Unser Zimmer war trotz früher Anreise schon bezugsfertig. Das Zimmer hatte einen großen Vorraum mit 2 Kleiderschränken, war insges. in einem relativ guten Zustand. Die eine oder andere Stelle müsste mal mit dem Pinsel nachbearbeitet werden. Der Fön funktionierte nicht, es gab aber problemlos Ersatz. Frühstücksbuffet mit allen gängigen Speisen bestückt. Die Hotelbar ist nicht wirklich gemütlich, eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage, direkt an der U-Bahnstation Trindade, von wo aus fast alle Ziele zu erreichen sind. Allerdings kann man vom Hotel aus auch sehr viele Punkte in Porto zu Fuß erreichen. Etwas störend empfanden wir, dass direkt neben dem Hoteleingang Obdachlose campieren. Insges. würden wir die Unterkunft für einen Porto-Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Posizione inviabile davanti alla fermata della metro di Trindade, che arriva all aereoporto. A piedi si arriva dappertutto. Ci hanno omaggiato di un bicchiere di porto di benvenuto. Muy justo para ser aceptable.

Faltan de mantenimiento general. El botón de la cisterna se cae, algunas luces no funcionan, la puerta del WC roza y se atranca en el suelo, el sujeta alcachofa de ducha estaba roto, imposible ducharse usando dos manos. Por otra parte, la ciudad es ruidosa, muy ruidosa por culpa de la adicción al coche de la población portuguesa, pero eso no es excusa para poner unas ventanas decentes, y en este hotel acercas una vela a la ventana cerrada y se podría apagar, no está bien rematado. El personal sin mas, están siempre vigilando que no entre nadie ajeno al hotel, y poco más. Sólo dan una llave magnética para la reserva de la habitación. Llevad el móvil a mano, por qué en los descansillos de cada planta no hay apenas luz. Son 6 habitaciones por planta, todas junto al ascensor, y solo un ascensor para todo el edificio. El desayuno típico, no esperes jamón serrano, tan solo pavo y mortadela o similar. Algunos dulces (los peores pasteles de nata de Lisboa y Oporto que probamos), algo de fruta (melón, plátano, etc) y zumos con sabor justo, pero ninguna indicación de alérgenos por ninguna parte.
