Staff, clean room, great bar and restaurant. Great location. The only thing we noticed that was not awesome was how cold and drafty the lobby and restaurant were. It did appear that there was still construction or a remodel going on, so that could be why.

This is the old Monarch Hotel and has been updated. It is a great improvement. De Fuego restaurant is wonderful.

With the hotel under renovations, it was still ok to stay in. I had to stay for 8 nights due to medical reasons, and they totally accommodated me with my request to be put on the top floor. Housekeeping, front desk, and any other staff I encountered were very friendly.

The staff was outstanding and check-in was quick and friendly. The room was nice but noise was a problem, People on the floor above sounded like a herd of elephants . this is the second time I have stayed at this location and outside noise had been an issue each time.

The hotel is doing a remodel during my stay. Contractors and the hotel did an excellent job of containing construction. The front desk and housekeeping were so helpful with requests. My room was newly remodeled and was beautiful. The food at the restaurant, de Fuego Grille was phenomenal.

Beautifully upgraded but some amenities kept old such as AC (couldn’t even adjust a room temperature properly) and the phone remained as it was. Fitness center on site was closed and I wish they show that on the third party booking site. We accidentally brought our emotional support dog without knowing it’s not pet allowed. We were instructed that we are not allowed to walk our dog in the building and had to stay in the dog carrier in a public area which we did but we saw someone else’s walking around in the hotel and made us questioned. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. We’d give them five stars!

Newly Renovated

The hotel is under complete renovation but we had one of the new rooms and it was great!! Super clean and comfortable. Location was great, wifi was strong, and the shower was one of the best I've seen. So spacious! I felt very safe in the area too!

Clean property in the middle of a remodel. Great customer service and nice room amenities. Love the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. Also helpful having the hand wash and lotion dispensers in the sink area.

This property is under construction. *Inconvenient to walk to your hotel room. *Rooms are clean and average *Beds are fine. I stayed during building rennovatiin - it will soon be a Hilton Garden Inn. My room was modern and beautiful- already remodeled. The rest of property was older and in construction, but who spends time hanging out. Hallways? Great price during G renovation, and very nice, helpful staff.
