The North Cape is known for its breathtaking sunsets and crystal-clear waters, creating a peaceful backdrop that feels untouched and private. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or watching the sky turn gold in the evening, every moment here is framed by natural coastal beauty.

This area is also a favorite among anglers, with some of the best fishing on the Cape just steps from your door. Directly across from the home, the bay offers calm waters perfect for kayaking, and a nearby kayak launch makes it easy to get out and explore at your own pace.

Nature is all around you at First in Line. Bald eagles are often seen nesting nearby, and it’s common to spot dolphins swimming just offshore throughout the day. It’s a place where wildlife and relaxation meet, offering an unforgettable coastal experience.

Living Room: Sofa, 3 chairs, bench, 2 poufs. Vaulted Ceilings, Large Flat Screen T.V., and breathtaking views of the Gulf and St. Joseph Bay!

Kitchen: Quad Door Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Stainless steel 2 Zone oven and multi electric stovetop, Dishwasher, and Coffee Bar equipped with both Keurig and Traditional Coffee maker.

Dining: Kitchen Bar Top seats 4, Dining Table seats 3, and additional tables on rear beachside deck.

Laundry: Stackable Washer and Dryer located just off kitchen on Level 1.
