While the hotel and rooms are exceptional and beautiful, the walls were not proof against the roaring morning traffic on Channel Islands Blvd in the morning. Sleeping in was not a real option, earplugs notwithstanding. Otherwise, the stay was par excellence! And free parking was greatly appreciated.

Both the lobby and room smelled super clean as soon as you walk in! The room was well organized and very spacious. Only thing I would suggest is to have more fruit and protein options for the complimentary breakfast. Everything else was super nice and the staff was very friendly and extremely efficient.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The property was near to restaurants and grocery stores. The grounds were well kept and clean. The staff were very attentive and responded quickly to a request to fix the shower door. We did notice our feet were black from walking on the floors in the room. We asked the housekeeper to mop the floor but it was still dirty. I enjoyed the three days there and would go there again if the floors were cleaner.

To start, the room was quite clean. Congratulations on a great job. There are restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was simple, but again, the food area was immaculate. The hotel is a little out of the way, but worth it. I would stay again. One suggestion to the manager: don't use spray aroma as some people find it difficult to breathe with the added scent.

Overall, my experience was okay. Upon arrival, I noticed flies in the bathroom, and the room did not appear to be as clean or sanitary as expected. The pool water also did not look very clean. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I requested room service, and they did a good job. Overall, the experience was average, but there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and sanitation.

If you're looking for an affordable place near the beach that actually gives you room to breathe, this is it. The room was fantastic—lots of space to unpack and relax, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Being near the beach made it even better. Outstanding value!
