Aimé 👍 le personnel d'étage et du restaurant impliqué, aimable. Mention très bien 👍👍pour les soins thalasso. Et par contre détesté le bruit nocturne😵 dû à la boîte de nuit située en bas de l'hôtel, pas une seule nuit de repos malgré les bouchons d'oreilles, le changement de chambre. Le personnel de la réception n'est pas du tout réceptif à ce problème ☹️

Très bel hôtel mais notre séjour a été gâché par le bruit infernal de la discothèque situé au RDC et diffusant dans les deux ailes de la façade de l'hôtel ! malgré le changement de chambre nous avons été obligé de mettre des boules quies ! sinon nous avons beaucoup apprécié les services du personnel du restaurant et les menus servis . les soins de thalasso étaient par contre excellents et nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage et de la piscine .

Het u ideale aan deze accomodatie is dat er geen russen zijn,dit is waarschijnlijk omdat er alleen HP geboekt kan worden . Het ontbijt en diner zijn zeer goed ,het personeel doet alles voor je ,niets is er teveel. De kamers zijn gerenoveerd en zeer schoon.

Alles sauber, Die Zimmer sind groß genug, schöner Meerblick. Die Floors sind schön mit alte tunesische Gemälde besmückt. Um dieser Zeit (April) ist etwas leer aber für mich kein Problem. Service war bemüht und höflich. Frühstück war super. Im Allgemein eine erholsame Woche mit so wenig Geld.

This is an older hotel that has been kept up. Just realize, it is a great price, about half of similar properties, so keep your expectations in that range and you will be happy.The dining room staff are amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good with plenty of choice and change at night. There aren’t any “premium foods” but they do a very good job with fresh local produce and products. Breakfast doesn’t vary much but there is plenty of choice. The woman who cooks eggs is so sweet and efficient. The women who clean the rooms are very nice. I needed something fixed in my room and it was done in 5 minutes. The indoor pool is great. The fitness room really doesn’t exist, everything is broken, so that could be improved.

For the price, this is a great hotel for value. The food is very good, the staff in the dining room go out of their way. There is a lot of variety for dinner. The salad bar has beautiful vegetables and different types of salads every night. The rooms are older so they are big, with huge bathrooms. There is a heated indoor pool that is very nice.

Tæt på strand og Marina.

Vi boede på værelse 602 som var fint og nyrenoveret. Rent sengetøj og håndklæder dagligt. Hotellet bliver brugt til folk fra Algeriet der holder ferie - Vi var de eneste fra Europa.

Horrible vraiment

Hôtel vraiment pas digne de figuré sur le site dexpedia, chambre sans aucune commodités personnel désagréable bruit de discothèque jusqu'à 5h du matin. Présence de police suite au bagarres dans la discothèque, les femmes de ménage au téléphone à 8h du matin entrain de crié dans les couloirs. Est le comble de l'histoire devoir régler une taxe car vous êtes d'une certaine nationalité.

The worst hotel ever !!!! I will never go back!

I found a insect on my room. I called the reception. The receptionist was so rude!! His mane is Ali. He works night time. He was screaming at me because I called him twice. Since they did not send me someone to take care of the insects. He told me with rude voice ( who are you ) and bad Arabic words!!!! I never had such a terrible experience in my life !!!! I asked if they can change my room he was screaming( I won't )!!!!!and you will stay there . I went down stairs to speak with the director of the hotel . Ali was still screaming at me in front of his manager ! The manager was nice trying to make me calm. I woke up in the morning.they did not do anything to make my day . The director say good morning . It was my last day and I was leaving the hotel. The elevator did not work for two days. I had to go up and down ,my room was 608 I believe. I will never go back there !!! It's a big shame Bcz the hotel use to be the best in sousse . But the staff made it very horrible!!!!!! It was a night mare I won't recommend this hotel at all. I only give 2 stars!!
