VILLA AT THE SEASIDE

Located on the sea front at Lindbergh Plage, this contemporary villa with Jersey view will guarantee you a pleasant stay.

With a total surface of 85m2 on 2 levels, it includes on the ground floor, an entrance with bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (4 induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, bar area ...) leading to a large dining room, a first bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a pull-out bunk bed (possibility of a third bed). A back kitchen can store beach equipment and a washing machine. A large terrace with garden for relaxation will allow you to spend a friendly time with family and friends (outdoor dining table available) / outdoor shower.

The floor includes a spacious living room (television) very bright overlooking a terrace with sea view, a room with a bunk bed trundle (possibility of a third bed), a private bathroom (shower) and separate toilet.

Excellent séjour pour le jour de l’An dans cette maison à Portbail. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. La maison est agréable, bien équipée, avec une très belle vue sur la mer qui rend le séjour encore plus spécial. Mention particulière pour les jeux de société, une vraie bonne surprise et un vrai plus pour passer de bons moments ensemble. Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche unweit des Meeres verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Frühstück, Fleisch und Gemüse gibt es im Nachbarort Denneville (15 Minuten zu Fuß) Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Aufteilung der Betten eignet sich vor allem für eine Familie mit Kindern. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer ist grandios. Vielen Dank.

Très beau site, location très récente, très bien agencée avec une magnifique terrasse face à la dune et à la mer. Le Cotentin est une très belle région. Activités de plein air et visites sont proposées dans les alentours : Port Bail, Barneville Carteret, pointe, la Hague ... La propriétaire du gîte est très accueillante. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Kommunikation

Außenmöblierung: Dort befindet sich lediglich ein Picknick-Tisch aus Holz, rau und aufgerissen. 2 Plastikstühle ohne Auflagen und oben auf der großen Terrasse lediglich zwei minderwertige Klappliegestühle. Der einzige vorhandene Tisch war ein angerissenen kleiner Kinder Plastiktisch. Der Sonnenschirm unbrauchbar, weil er in die ohnehin vollkommen verrostete Hülse nicht hinein passte. Anstelle von Sonnenliegen lediglich zwei alte dicke Auflagen die wir auf den Boden legen sollten. Für ein Mietobjekt mit diesem Preis welches auch noch als „Villa“ angeboten wurde ist dies peinlich. Schlafzimmer: 2 Standlampen, wovon die schwarze Standlampe mit einer dicken Staubschicht bedeckt war und unten vollkommen verrostet. Die weiße Standlampe auf der rechten Seite nur mit Klebe-Folie verklebt damit sie überhaupt noch zusammen hielt. Keine Nachtschränkchen oder Tische neben den Betten sondern lediglich auf einer Seite ein altes kaputtes CD-Reck. Die Einbauschränke „Marke Eigenbau“ bestanden aus Rigips-Platten, die Türen aus Spanholz. Die Kleiderstange dahinter ließ nicht zu, dass man längere Sachen wie zum Beispiel Röcke oder Kleider hätte hinhängen können. Viele der Schränke waren mit Privatsachen vollgestopft, nicht nutzbar. Das Geschirr in der Küche war wild zusammen gewürfelt fast alle Teller waren angestoßen nicht ein Teller war passend zur Tasse oder Schale. Es waren zwar viele Töpfe aber lediglich zwei Deckel. Das Besteck im Kasten war schmutzig, in der Spülmaschine befand sich im Besteckfach oben noch Besteck an dem Haare hingen. Im WC unten kein Toilettenpapierhalter sondern das Toilettenpapier befand sich auf der Toilettenbürste, was hygienisch sehr unangenehm war. Im Badezimmer befand sich lediglich in der Dusche ein Handtuchhalter welcher derart verrostet war, dass es uns geekelt hat dort Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Möblierung in der oberen Etage war alt und schäbig. Die Duschen sowohl oben als auch unten waren sehr ungepflegt und neben dem Waschbecken befanden sich noch abgeschrittene Fuß/Fingernägel von unseren Vorgängern. Im gesamten Haus nur ein Voranstrich auf Decken und Wänden. Die Türzargen bestanden aus rohen Holzleisten, welche einfach auf die Rigips-Wände genagelt wurden. Kein Haus in dem man sich wirklich wohl fühlt und welches den Namen Villa verdient. Der Garten ist vollkommen ungepflegt, Unkraut wuchert zwischen den Steinen, die Gartendusche: Gartenschlauch mit Duschkopf. Alle Mängel per Bild dokumentiert. Vermieter unkooperativ
