The main building affectionately known at the apartment, comprises of 1 Main bedroom, sleeping two in a double bed, with Air conditioning, Venetian blinds, memory foam mattress, tiled floors, Leading to the lounge which has a corner sofa, which can pull out to sleep another two, Glass Table and 4 Chairs, 50 Inch Tv with English Tv. a cot can be provided upon request.

From here you are guided to the luxury shower room with an Led lit mirror, with demist function, and make up zoom section, double size shower cubicle, with over head, body and hand shower heads for that all over relaxing shower.

The Kitchen is hand crafted, to a modern and vibrant Lime green colour, with all the utensils, pots and pans you ever need for your self catering Vacation. Extra Large sink, with spray head feature, built in oven, ceramic hob, new fridge feezer, with cold water dispenser.

For those winter nights, the entire property is heated through an under floor heating system, (subject to instruction) ensuring no cold spots. Fly screens on all windows, and mood setting Led lighting in the lounge.

The Studio, (this is a seperate Listing). is a separate part of the building and, as in the name, a small studio apartment. King size double bed, 32 Inch Tv with English Tv, A two seater sofa with pull down arm and cup rest in the middle, also turning into a single bed. The Kitchen is Fully equipped, including, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer section. Wet room style bathroom to include Wc, towel rail, Shower and Basin

The shared areas include all outside spaces, the undercover garden seating area, patio, Games room which includes, 7 Ft pool table,Table tennis Table, and A Dartboard. (pool to be completed by May 2019)

The prices are from 100 Leva a night for the apartment, and 50 Leva per night for the studio, or for more space and privacy, rent both the apartment and studio for 120 Leva a night.
