"Under construction. Pool out of order. Gym out of order. Ppl at the front desk at night wasn’t there. People were smoking marijuana day and night by the front door of the hotel. Hotel staff did nothing. We had 2 young kids with us"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was unacceptable from start to finish. I would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere. Non-existent Service: There was nobody at the front desk for both check-in and check-out. I waited for an eternity just to get my key, and at departure, I waited again with no staff in sight. I eventually had to leave my key cards on the desk and walk out just to make my flight. Dirty & Neglected Rooms: The room was filthy. The floors were so sticky that it was uncomfortable to walk barefoot. The furniture and fixtures are incredibly outdated and literally rusting away. Broken Facilities: Several power outlets in the room did not work at all, making it impossible to charge my devices overnight. Poor Breakfast Experience: Although breakfast is stated to end at 10:00 AM, the staff began clearing everything away before 9:30 AM. It felt like we were being kicked out while we were still trying to eat. Bad Odors: The hallways have a nauseating smell, reminiscent of old, damp carpets that haven't been cleaned in years. Bottom line: This property is poorly maintained and lacks basic hospitality standards. I will definitely not be staying here again."

"Pool was great. The gym was well equipped. Great location. Food and bars everywhere! Beautiful view of the river...weird thing is that the balcony is facing inside the hotel, no window to the outside! Rooms were pretty small too. But it was perfect for what i needed. Clean and very nice."

"The rooms and lobby were very clean. The check-in could’ve been better. The check-in clerk took her sweet time while we stood there waiting, making sure we could be seen on camera. My husband had to peek in the office and get her to come out and help."
