"The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views , the staff are friendly, very helpful and efficient. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was a very large and beautiful room and quiet- especially for a hotel. There are two things that let the hotel down , no food after a certain time in the evening seems strange to me , most places serve until 10pm at least and there is a mention of 24 hour room service but there was no menu in our room (That we could find anyway) and when we asked about food we were told the only option was to have some crisps at the bar. Breakfast is fantastic if you like a cooked breakfast , lots of choice here but if you don't then the options are limited and not replenished throughout the morning , I think this should be more plentiful with more options for the price you pay for a room."

"It was what it was. It’s not 5* but it’s somewhere to get the head down. Staff are friendly and helpful and the views are stunning. Would stop again. "

"I received an email on the Friday saying because they were putting in a new jacuzzi and haven’t finished the work, there would be no access to the sauna, steam or jacuzzi (of course). It was too late to cancel, but the whole point of staying in this particular hotel was for access to these amenities. Spoke to the manager and sent emails expressing disappointment. There was nothing in compensation offered at all. Very poor! "
