"The room was clean and the staff were great. The only issue was the bathroom, which had a smell so terrible that we could barely use it. It was difficult to take a shower with the sewer smell coming from the pipes. It did help eventually when we ran some water, but it was the stinkiest room I've ever stayed in. The rest was great. "The front desk clerk that helped us was excellent. We arrived at around 1:30pm on 6/22 and she was very helpful. Helped put all our luggage in a holding room until check in time. Even my adult kids baggage’s who were not registered I. The hotel but visiting us for a couple of hours until they left for the airport. She was really nice. I would have liked that breakfast be included in the room rate but it wasn’t. And I did not want to pay 15 euros extra each for eggs and pastries and coffee. Did not see it as value."
