Disliked: Staff & service
In March I booked stay for one night at Bleis in May but I realized soon I could not make it from the airport before the reception closed. I asked them to move the stay one day that I could stay in another hotel and drive to them in the morning. They offered to have reception open one hour more but still I could not manage to arrive in time. I asked them several times but I got no answer from hitel Bleis on that request. And no possibility to cancel and refund. I had to book a other hotel to make my 10 day trip. This was in March, the same day as my "stay" (I was already at the other hotel) they mailed me and said it was no problem to move stay one night. Don't book hotel Bleis.
