If you’re coming to Pompeii, Giuseppe is the person to host you. Great place, family feel, great shower great AC, awesome breakfast. Lunch was also delicious. You have to say here.

What a fabulous place to stay in Pompeii! We had three nights. An oasis away from the crowds yet so close to Pompeii Scavi. The welcome, the pool, the food! Be sure to have the evening meal, the food exquisite! Home cooked, fresh and so tasty 😋.

Villa franca was the ideal base for our visits to the Pompeii site, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. We were also able to do trips by rail to Sorrento and Naples. It was good to have the pool to come back to. The room was always clean, breakfasts were available from 7.30, with evening meals also available. There are also restaurants within walking distance.

This is a small villa, when you arrive it does not look like a hotel/villa you have to ring the buzzer to be let in. You also need a key when leaving the property so you can get back in the gate. Our first night we were put in a room next to the property, it was outdated but it worked, the next morning the owner said he had a room for us by the pool, which is a deal breaker with the high temperatures there. They do offer a dinner which is amazing we had it onsite both nights and it wa different both nights. It is a set menu but oh so worth it. The only downfall is the train that runs right beside the property. But to be honest you don’t even notice it, it does not run late at night.

Lovely stay, staff wee super attentuve, helpful and friendly. Travelling just mum and daughter we felt safe and cared for. The room was basic but comfortable. No tv or frills and the shower had no head but was clean and had everyhung we needed. The pool area looked nice, it was too cold to use in March. Breakfast was lovely and we ate at the property 1 night and that was fantastic. Unfortunately due to the time if year there was nothing near by for dinner or drinks but super close to the arlchological

You won't find better owners than here. On arrival we got a bit lost trying to find the Villa and the owner came looking for us. They do an Italian taster menu which is amazing. Very helpful and friendly.

Fabulous oasis...with fantastic hosts.

Fabulous guesthouse..such friendly hosts. An oasis from the heat and bussle of Pompei ruins. The pool is oerfect to cool off in after a day visiting the ruins..Vesivius etc. The famous home cooked dinner which can be booked for the evening is delicious. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for real Italian hospitality.

Charming family run small scale hotel. A peaceful oasis away from crowds of tourists. Beautiful pool area to relax in, with no shortage of comfortable loungers. Exceptional food in the evening cooked with love by the owner and decent continental breakfast provided. Rooms simply furnished with en-suite, air conditioning and tv. Thoroughly cleaned each day. Great stay, we would recommend.

Really nice place to stay, excellent location for visiting the ruins - only a 5 minute walk to the Scavi entrance. We didn`t eat, other than breakfast, at the villa only due to wanting to explore the area and restaurant's. Only reason I have given 4 * is because we booked a room with single beds, over 6 months in advance, and was given a room with a double bed.

Great value for money. Recommend the homemade dinner option, it was delicious. Owners were very friendly. This is not a Hilton or Marriott, it is an authentic family run motel/hotel. Would stay again when visiting. Short walk to Pompeii Free secured parking on site.

If you want a place to stay where your plan is to see Pompeii stay here. They have a home cooked 5 course meal available for a few that is absolutely amazing. They are friendly and it is walking distance to Pompeii archaleogical site and the Pompeii train station so you can continue your trip to the amalfi coast after testing snigger here to see pompei

Excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, The pool was small but refreshing. you MUST have dinner there at least one night the home made itilaian dinner they provide is absolutely incredible. 10 minute walk to Pompeii archaeology site And to the train station is a 7 minute walk. Would stay here again, great value for the price. Spacious rooms.

Amazing stay in Pompeii

We got this stay on our way to Pompeii and got a wonderful surprise. Don Domenico received us at the gate and from there we got show to our lovely rooms and headed to a great dinner. Lorena and Giuseppe took care of the meal and stay. Can't say enough about out stay in Pompeii. And the property is right beside the Pompeii ruins. 5 min walk to the main entrance.

What a lovely family run Villa, wish we stayed more than one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. So awesome to be able to get refreshed in the pool after a long day of travel. The owners were super friendly and helpful in giving information. There was even a cute cat that would come by to say hello. Breakfast was simple continental with fresh cappuccino. Would stay again.
