Reasonable Overall....not the 4* we are used to!

Well run hotel and very friendly staff. Very quiet location. Food ok....fair selection. Pool good. WIIFI very poor.....really needs an upgrade as pretty useless.

Το ξενοδοχείο εχει προδιαγραφές για 4 αστέρια αλλά δεν είναι στην παρούσα στιγμή. Το χειρότερο απ όλα είναι το φαγητο του το οποίο είναι συνδεδεμένο αναγκαστικά με την διαμονή. Περιλαμβάνει δεύτερης ποιότητας προϊόντα χωρίς καμμία πρόνοια για τις μύγες που λιμνιαζουν πάνω στα φαγητά. Σαν πελάτης δεν νιώθεις ούτε ασφάλεια για αυτό που τρως ούτε σεβασμό .

Hervorragende Lage direkt am Strand, sehr sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Ausreichendes Frühstück- leider keine Chance auf Kamillentee.

Tranquilité, sérénité et gastronomie

Tranquille et bon emplacement pour découvrir les péninsules : santhonie ou Cassandra, situées l’une à l’ouest, l’autre à l’est. Magnifique jardin autour et au milieu de l’hotel, de dimension humaine. Très belle piscine, assez grande. Petite plage de sable en face de la propriété : pied dans l’eau... buffet petit déjeuner et dîner excellents, servis par un personnel très aimable et soucieux du bien-être des clients.

Cosy family driven hotel

Still bottled water is too expansive, both during dinner and by the pool. Water and coffee/tea should have been included with the dinner/dessert. Toilet facilities by the restaurant/beach are very bad and smelly. The rest is OK. Nice atmosphere, fine rooms and pleasant staff.

amazing hidden resort

great place! Pros: got a very good price for half board. if you look for isolated, quite and peaceful area with private beach. food was delicious as well. we got to taste local grapa and tsipouro together with the ouzo. location is 20 min from Kassandra and Sinthonia away from over populated areas. Cons: additional fee for using umbrellas on the beach was symbolic but unessasary.

We stayed at Martha's Haus Hotel for a second time. We have returned back, as this is one of the most beautiful places, where we have been in Chalkidiki.

Schlimmes, überteuertes Hotel ohne Service

Das Wasser im Pool war flockig, der "Service"-Personal extrem jung, unerfahren und auch recht unfreundlich. Das Essen war zumeist kalt und geschmacklich eine Katastrophe. Ansonsten kostet alles extra und man fühlt sich jeder Bestellung (z.B. völlig überteuertes Eis, Kaffee...) immer etwas unwohl: die Zimmernummer wird für den Druck auf den Bon abgefragt und muss zusätzlich per Hand vom Gast auf dem Bon neben der Unterschrift notiert werden. Am dritten Tag wirkt das paranoid. Die kostenlos im Foyer angebotenen Kekse waren alt / verdorben und wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes nie getauscht. Das Zimmer roch extrem muffig / schimmelig, aus den Wänden guckten Kabel und Rohrenden, die Betten sind unbequem. Wir haben eine Rundreise durch Griechenland gemacht. Dieses Hotel war mit großem Abstand das teuerste, schlechteste und heruntergekommenste. Keine griechische Gastfreundschaft... (Am letzten Abend gab es im Nachbarzimmer einen Wasserrohrbruch, so das auch Wasser in unser Zimmer lief. Das Personal war aber in dieser Ausnahmesituation überlastet und hatte für unsere durchweichten Sachen keine Zeit. Das geht aber aufgrund der Gesamtsituation einigermaßen in Ordnung.) WLAN funktioniert nur an einigen Orten im Gelände.

Very nice Hotel - excellent Beach

The Hotel is really nice and the stuff very friendly. The Beach is so quiet and like paradise. The Hotel is also Perfect for Familys, because they have an playground for the Kids. Food are ok! Drinks at the bar are expansives I come back :)

Sehr angenehmes Hotel

Gepflegtes, ruhiges, idyllisch gelegenes kleines Hotel direkt am Meer mit schönem Garten, toller Mannschaft, unaufdringlichem, herzlichen Service und gutem, bodenständigem, reichlichem und abwechslungsreichem Essen (bitte beachten: auf Chalkidiki wird "anders" griechisch gekocht, was uns sehr gefallen hat). Guter Standort für Ausflüge.

Boka inte!!!!

Det jag har att säga är att det är inte som man tror!! Hon som äger hotellet är bara ute efter att känna pengar, hon tror att gästerna är dumma i huvudet. Maten är en stor katastrof, vatten ingår ej i maten man måste betala sjuka priser. Solstolarna på stranden kostar 6 euro om dagen men borde vara grattis men det är inte värt det eftersom stranden är smutsig ex fimpar och skräp och havet är det bara stenar. Ägaren blev väldigt arg o sur när jag ifrågasatte hennes regler angående dricka till maten, stranden dvs. hon blev riktig sur och irriterad. Personalen började berätta hur dom behandlades där vilket var inget bra!! Sååå boka inte detta hotell!!!

Φύγαμε την επόμενη μέρα!!!!!! Καθόλου καλό δωμάτιο , δεν είχε ούτε πρίζες, για να βάλουμε την συσκευή για κουνούπια βγάλαμε την τηλεόραση (η τηλεόραση δεν έπιανε ελληνικά κανάλια ......!!!!!) Στο εστιατόριο μας σερβίρισαν παγωμένη μακαρονάδα , ο μπουφές πρωινού και βραδινού πολύ μέτριος ! Το πρωί από το μπάνιο έβγαινε έντονη μυρωδιά , μέτριο στην καθαριότητα. Τέλος έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε τις ξαπλώστρες στην θάλασσα μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο!! Δεν περιμέναμε τέτοια εικόνα από ένα 4* ξενοδοχείο και από αυτή την τιμή

Το χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο με αγενέστατους ιδιοκτήτες

To xειρότερο ξενοδοχείο στον πλανήτη γη. Απαίσια συμπεριφορά από ιδιοκτήτρια. Μας έβρισε και φύγαμε και δεν μας επέστρεψε τα λεφτά από την προκαταβολή που δώσαμε. Μην κλείσει κανείς εκεί.

Personalet var meget langsomme og griner hele tiden ubegrundet og ukontrolleret. Der er kun adgang til internettet fra baren og restauranten men dækningen er så elendig at hvis flere end to er på så kan man risikere ikke at have internet. Poolen er ren og liggestolene er ok. Men skal betale for liggestolene som er på stranden. Stranden er ikke ren og mange vælger at gå på andre strande. Havet er rigtig fin om formiddagen. Maden skulle serveres ud fra tag selv buffet om aftenen. Men maden er absolut ikke børnevenlig og krydret alt for meget. Så hvis man ikke selv kan lide krydret mad ja så må man finde et andet sted i byen for at spise hvilket vi også gjorde mange gange. Udover krydrerierne så smager maden ikke godt og er ikke indbyderne af udseende. Restauranten skulle være åben fra kl. 19 om aftenen men rigtig mange aftener åbnede den først kl. 1930 eller senere.

Be aware if you are driving with your own car

First, let me tell you that it's not a bad hotel if you have a family and children. It's fenced around, and there is no concern that they can get out. However, if you are driving a car be aware. To get in the hotel, you have to stop the car in the middle of the road before a blind turn, get out of the car, unlock the gateway, push the button inside and then wait for 1 minute to open. If you are lucky and you don't not get hit by an approaching car during the night, you can then enter the hotel. Also, I did not like them charging for the umbrellas at the beach. Do not get a room on the ground floor because there is no view and you cannot open the windows during the night.
