"If you’re looking for a hostel-style stay, this property may fit — but it should not be advertised as a 4-star hotel. The rooms are apartment-style accommodations with no lobby or on-site staff. Upon arrival, we had to call someone just to access the room. The property also advertised a breakfast buffet, but there is no common dining area. Instead, we were handed a paper to select breakfast items. The front of the property faces a dirt road with ATV rentals, which was not the experience we expected based on the listing. After seeing the property, we chose to book another hotel immediately. I am still waiting to hear back regarding a refund."
