All of the staff were so sweet and thoughtful and took great care of us, booking an appointment was so easy and no hassle. Nice room and common areas. Breakfast was ok but not great. Check in and out was smooth. My only complaint was I could hear the people in the room above walking around all night long. I like my room to be a little quieter and not hear neighboring rooms.
