"Good hotel to stay at, clean, and friendly staff. Only thing that is disliked is that there is no self parking, you have to valet your car and pay. Expense 35 each day is a lot."

"My neighbor in the room next to us had his/her music so loud that we couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk and all he could say was they had no security, no manager on site and it was only him and the bartender there. I told him I needed something done. When nothing changed, I called back and he didn’t answer the phone on two occasions. I then called the Hilton 800 number. She connected me with the guy at the front desk. He then told me he would go to the room himself. It was 11:00 PM. Then the music stopped. My son and I listened to the music for at least 2 1/2 hours. It lasted from 8:30 to 11:00 PM."

"The hotel felt quite outdated overall. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the first floor and common areas, which made the environment unpleasant. The furniture inside the room looked old and worn, and there was also a noticeable amount of dust. Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations, and the overall experience was disappointing."

"Upon arrival at 7pm on a Friday, i was behind one group....it took almost 30 minutes for check in as only one person was working, i found it odd to have that on a holiday weekend..receptionistwas really doing her best! . Room and property was clean. Until the next morning when we exited our room to find someone had lost part of their hair extensions....no biggie....but after housekeeping came through it was still there...for 2 days actually lololol...the location is crazy convenient...people that work here are super nice. Will definitely stay again"

"The room was very nice and spacious. Bathroom was a bit small. I wasn’t happy about having to pay an additional $20 to park and it wasn’t even valet parking either. I wasn’t aware there was a fee until I got my bill when I checked out. I’ve already paid for the room $200 plus then I have to pay $20 to park my car myself. That was ridiculous."

"Pros: Close to the beach (we didn't go). Beds were ok. It felt pretty safe. Had a pool with reasonable hours. Shower had good water pressure. They had complementary soap. They had a small breakfast nook in the morning. They thanked us for our stay when we left. Next to a bowling alley (if you have kids/want to do something fun that's close). Had a stove and a fridge in room, but we didn't use stove. Cons: Weren't ready for us to check in at our designated time, which made us late. They were pretty rude about this. Luke warm shower water that then turned cold. TV turned on but screen/picture was badly disfigured so it was hard to watch. There was no coffee when we got to breakfast (we got there at 8am, it ended at 930) and they seemed upset when another guy asked to refill it. Everything was pretty run down, fridge popped open so we lost what we had brought with us to eat. Smelled odd. Not the worst place if you just wanted a bed that was comfortable to sleep in a building that felt safe. We'd try a different hotel if we returned to this location, especially for the price."
