Lugar tranquilo,para una pequeña familia y tuvimos suerte porque no llegaron los otros huéspedes y tuvimos la casa para nosotros ...la habitacion y casa cuentan con lo necesario para tu descanso.No tuve detalles con nada. Es una excelente opción para tu hospedaje.

very far from beach this is a housing complex
this place is listed under hotel but is a housing complex shared house, taxis can t go into complex we had to walk with lugged 3 blocks ,damage one of my wifes hand bags costing me over 500 dll to replace ,only after we had the room # security personel will let taxis go into complex and taxis cost over 20 dll to pick you up at this location or drop you off ,not close to the beach or down town air conditioner does not work properly and when i google this hotel it has the same name as a 4star hotel in the beach area watch out i will not recomend this shared hotel :house

No te hospedes en Suites Riviera Maya
Fue decepcionante porque ni siquiera es una hotel, es una casa que está ubicada dentro de un fraccionamiento sumamente alejado del centro.
La casa cuenta con tres habitaciones las cuales alquilan a familias diferentes, de tal manera que compartes la estancia y la cocina con otras personas.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas e incómodas, no tienen closet ni siquiera una silla o un mueble; no tienes más remedio que dejar todas tus pertenencias en el suelo.
Para colmo se descompuso la bomba del agua por lo que un día no pudimos bañarnos, no tuvimos agua ni para el wc
Obviamente no hay personal de limpieza, al llegar te dan tus toallas que son las mismas que utilizas todo el tiempo que dure tu estancia.
Pero eso sí, al llegar te exigen un depósito.

Hotel agradable con mucha seguridad
Está en un lugar muy seguro y como tal el lugar es muy agradable.
Las habitaciones son cómodas y con muy buena ventilación, baños limpios.
La única excepción es que no siempre hay lo necesario (shampoo,papel de baño y jabón de baño).

Hotel limpio, pero mal ubicado.
La casa esta limpia en general, el cuarto esta muy incomodo para dos personas y la ubicación del hotel es muy mala; no obstante cabe mencionar que la atención del personal fue muy cordial.

Buen día, no me parecio en lo absoluto en engañar al cliente con la ubicacion del hospedaje, confie en el punto de ubicacion del mapa que manejan en la pagina y me mandaron a otra ubicacion al final. Ademas el establecimiento se llama igual que suites rivera maya que rivera maya suites...

Lugar para ir en familia grande.
Este lugar conviene para ir en familia, familia grande, pues conviene rentar toda la casita completa. La alberca está excelente. Lo único que no me agrada, en lo personal, es que la habitación no tiene closet ni lugar para guardar ropa. El personal que atiende es muy muy bueno.
