⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing all-inclusive resort in Mexico! Beautiful property, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff truly made the experience—Melisa, Zyanya, Mariana, and Maria were outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond. They made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

It was a pretty good experience, Sandos is a very good hotel with an incredible Buffet, lots of nature and animais around the hotel, but not risking or bothering. Pros: Super Great customer Service Super Great buffet Cons Other restaurants hard to book in High Season Some gaps on times for restaurants, sometimes, only room service available Definately would go back to Sandos!

The ocean front rooms are great! Beautiful views. However, the mirror in the bathroom should be updated. Safe did not work, no one answered the phone when we called room service. Food was just ok. The beach is really great! Wide with lots of chairs and swimmable water. Great customer service! All in all, this hotel is nice, needs some updates but overall very pleasant stay.

The Select club concierge service staff was extremely helpful, polite and informative. Giving our thaks and gratitude to Zyanya, MaJo and Eyther. We did not liked the specific location in the room assigned to us at arrival and they stepped in. We got upgrated as Expedia VIP members to Ocean view room anx very grateful for that. Their attention to details on daily basis was amazing. Also all personal of the Sandos hotel is polite and always friendly. The territory of the hotel is beautiful and of course the Caribbean Sea and the beach are amazing. The waters are crystal clear with smooth white sand. We will be vack again.

The resort was beautiful and we really enjoyed the all inclusive food and bev. There were a couple things broken in our room that never got addressed after letting staff know twice and we had a medical emergency that could have been handled better as well.

I love Sandos Playacar. This was our second trip here and both times have been great. The food is fantastic, the staff is cheerful and helpful. Everything was perfect. The level of effort and care the staff put into the reslrt is genuinely astonishing. 10/10.

This was our 3rd time staying at Sandos Playa Del Carmen. We like the property, beach is wonderful. Staff is friendly. Has lots of pool options and eating places but was harder to get in restaurants this time. All in all beautiful big property with lots of choices. And its very walkable if your at all fit somewhat.

Property was massive and nice to walk around, felt like you were in the jungle. Different wildlife walking around. Some food was very good and others were just mediocre. Housekeeping, shout out to Lupita, was excellent!! Beach was beautiful, water aerobics were fun!

We spent a week at Sandos and everything went perfectly. Adults only part is close to the beach and other amenities. There is a golf cart transportation if you want to go around.

The grounds of this resort are beautiful. It's a massive property full of tropical jungle and the beach is spectacular. The rooms are dated and the food is average. But the beach makes up for it.

Very nice clean beach at this clean and spacious resort. The room was clean . The food was good and the service was great. Quiet for us which is what we like and entertainment every evening. Appreciated the drinking water in room.

This is a great motel for the price. It is clean, good restaurants, clean pools. You don’t have to fight for chairs. Our favorite restaurants were the Italian and the Asian. We were hesitant to go to the Asian, but liked it. The beach is wonderful. Very little seaweed. We have been to a number of hotels in Mexico over the last 25 years. This is a good motel and we will be back. Maria by the adults only pool is really helpful. Carlo made it fun with his activities by the pool.

Very clean, friendly staff, huge buffet and great food. Beach area super nice. Only thing I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because the pool close very early and theres no bar/bar waitress around after 6pm in the pool and beach area. Which makes the area very boring. Also keep in mind in the summer (busy season) the restaurants are all reserved 3/4 days ahead. So if you don’t reserve them your only option would be the buffet (great food).
