Safe, clean, convenient, and lovely staff!
Great location for families and first time travelers to Playa. The Penthouse suite was lovely and topped off by the rooftop deck. The Mimosa Tree front desk manager is great and very helpful. Underground secure parking was also an unexpected treat.

fantástico
Foi tudo maravilhoso, condomínio muito bem localizado, tinha tudo que precisávamos perto de nós. Apartamento grande com geladeira, fogão, liquidificador, lava louças, torradeira, cafeteira, etc. camas novas e confortáveis, banheiros limpos, TV a cabo, sinal do wi fi, mediano. funcionários muito simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar.
único problema que tivemos, foi com o site hotéis.com que vendeu a oferta com café da manhã e uma garrafa de vinho e não tivemos nada disso.

Excellent location, spacious and clean
Definitely an excellent option for families. Everything very close, very well kept and with a friendly staff. The only bad thing is that we reserved thru Expedia and they offer a breakfast is this place doesn't even have a restaurant but they said it was Expedia who needed to correct that in their web site.

Couple with 3 kids. A good fit for us.
Pros :Location, location, location! Sits on the corner of 38th and Quinta above a French crepery. A small condo complex, brand new, clean, and roomy. We had a full kitchen, and a pool (shared) about the size of your average private pool on the same level. We had 2 balconies overlooking 5th, and free underground parking for our rental. Mamitas Beach is a short walk on 38th, or you can drive like we did and park for free closer to the beach.
Cons: Some construction noise from the upper levels, wifi was weak and spotty as was the cable. We purchased the breakfast which was not on-site & had to walk about 10 minutes for it. Decided to cook instead and only ate at Cool Beach Club about 3 times too much hassel. Minimal on-site personelle. No one was available to check us in upon arrival. We waited about 2 hours for someone to arrive only because I used the phone in the lobby and took a chance on the numbers saved to the automatic dial.
When traveling with the kids, we will stay here again. That section of Quinta was very family friendly. Advice to all...SCHEDULE YOUR CHECK-IN!. Get a contact number because no one will be there expecting you. The current management co also runs Aldea Thai which is run more like a hotel so someone will answer at that front desk.
