No pudimos entrar al hotel porque estaba cerrado, cómo es posible que desde hoteles.com no cancelen la reserva antes y nos hagan viajar hasta el hotel para salir desde allá a tener que buscar donde hospedarse de última hora, una total falta de respeto

Pésimo servicio y mal trato del personal.

Pésimo servicio. No me dejaron entrar al hotel porque sobre vendieron las habitaciones y cuando llegue ya no había disponibilidad. Muy mal trato por parte del personal del hotel, pedí hablar con el gerente y me dijeron que el ya había salido de trabajar y no lo iban a molestar.

Hotel Muito bom Para quem vai a trabalho

Hotel muito bem localizado e muito confortável, mais o serviço na recepção na chegada não foi nada agradável, nenhuma água e nem um café são oferecidos na chegada. Muito menos um copo para beber água ( quando solicitado um copo a recepção informou que não teriam e não estariam autorizados a emprestar e nem mesmo ter descartávies para os clientes, para quem chega para umas ferias e descanso não seria o melhor lugar a ser indicado mais se vc vai a trabalho e passe todo o tempo fora do hotel ai sim pode ser uma boa pedida. O serviço de room service não existe. As meninas da limpeza e arrumação dos quartos são as que salvam o atendimento e cordialidade do hotel. O café da manhã: não esta incluso e não é servido a vontade.

Higiene y limpieza

El hotel está bien, tiene aire acondicionado y lo mas necesario para estas a gusto en el día. estuve en el hotel 8 días seguidos, en ninguno de esos días cambiaron las sabanas, ni colchas, ni fundas de mi ropa de cama; es un tema que sí me importa mucho y mas con esto del COVID.

El hotel esta lindo pero le falta mucho mantenimiento. No había artículos de aseo personal en el baño. Y lo peor fue que el aire acondicionado no bajaba de 24 grados C y el cuarto olía un poco a humedad.

Hotel bueno y limpio

Hotel limpio, buena atención, la alberca muy pequeña, el restaurante solo abre para el desayuno, no hay shampoo ni jabón en barra en el baño. Lo califico como bueno.

Hotel sin agua para tomar y olores raros

La. Limpieza es algo cuestionable porque la. Cama y las almohadas olían feo a tipo motel, donde gente fuma y esas cosas. Los olores son raros en la habitación. Llegamos a las 4am no había agua ni de complemento en la habitación ni vendían. Nos tuvimos que aguantar la sed porque no era potable el agua del hotel. Hasta el día siguiente pudimos tomar agua.

Muy bien ubicado, recomendado.

Muy buen ubicado si tienes auto, el estacionamiento es muy cómodo, seguro y amplio. Te han en cuenta esto ya que otros hoteles el Playa del Carmen ofrecen estacionamiento pero es en la calle o son espacios muy limitados. En general la habitaciones cumplen con lo esperado. Una excelente relación precio calidad.

1era noche: paredes y sabanas manchadas 2a noche: cambio de habitación y solo sábanas manchadas y se atoró el elevador. 3a noche: me regalaron el desayuno de compensación. Desayuno: Pueden mejorar, solo es supervisión y atención de los alimentos.
