Todo bien

Excelente hotel. Sencillo pero muy cómodo. Tenía el temor de que por encontrarse sobre la 5ta Avenida fuera imposible descansar pero, me lleve una grata sorpresa al haber podido descansar plácidamente. Quizás lo único que se podría hacer, es mejorar las toallas y las almohadas de las habitaciones, de ahí en más todo excelente. Precio y ubicación lo mejor.

Boa localização.

Para quem quer localização, é ideal para quem quer ficar na quinta avenida, para quem quer descaso a noite, só deve ter cuidado para não ficar em um quarto ao lado da avenida, pois o barulho só para perto das 2h da manhã.

The location was perfect and close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful the entire time. We absolutely love the black cat Paco that lives at the hotel. Definitely a place we will stay at again.

Gut aber laut und schlecht wenn man ein Auto hat

Schönes Hotel aber unser Zimmer war Seite Straße und wurde nachts echt laut, Mann konnte kaum schlafen. Und schon früh morgens fängt wieder an mit Musik und Polizeiautos. Hotel in Fußgängerzone! Auto Parkplätze sind 5-10 Min zu Fuß und kostenpflichtig überall in der Stadt 10 Pesos pro Stunde!

Nice staff, very pleasant check-in, property however is older and rooms are lacking some wardrobe or shelves, amenities are very poor, no fridge, a bit noisy from the street but seems to be an issue for any hotel in the area.

Nice and clean, next to busy Quinta Av.

The place is nice and clean. The only big issue was that my room was right next to the fifth avenue with noise throughout the night. There was no wifi in the room where I was staying, only in the common areas. There were a couple of times where I was trying to talk to the front desk and there was nobody there for ten or fifteen minutes.

Simple yet perfect.

I needed an inexpensive hotel nearby, both, the ADO bus terminal, and, the ferry. I stayed on both ends of my trip to Cozumel. Very accommodating staff, and, perfect location. Since, I had a heavy dive bag, Raquel suggested I have a garden level room on my return. It was perfect. ( my first stay, was on a upper level). There’s no elevator, but, they had “dumb waiter” type of elevator to help with luggage, for the upper levels. The hotel has a small pool and hot tub , and, they supply a beach towel at the desk. Half a block to the beach, it can be a little noisy from the nearby clubs at night.
