LAs habitaciones están excelentes, el edificio muy limpio, el personal muy amable, pero lo unico que les falta es poner un desayuno con mas opciones, solamente nos dieron pan y café, pero fuera de eso super recomendable el hotel

It’s my fourth booking at this hotel. I love the location which is in a quiet area of Playa del Carmen. It’s walking distance to the beach and close to many good restaurants. The staff is always very nice.

There are actually 3 buildings here and they are managed by one desk on Calle 50. La Playa endtry to check in/out for all three at the same place on 50th and 3 different signs over one door, same staff. Many people here buy units like this as investments and pay to have them managed. That appears to be here too. Some units have kitchens, some dont. I think all have mini fridge. Check is is 15:00 hours or later and out by 12:00. They will hold a bag for you if your early. The pools appear to be cleaned daily The one in the Perlas building has no steps or stairs, so a young or older person might have trouble in and out of the pool there. You can use the pool at the other building though. The one at La Playa has stairs. The Perlas pool has the view as you have to climb up there. The room number was all pre-selected. Breakfast is by coupon they give you at check in. It is a cup of coffee, a glass of orange juice and 2 pieces of dry toast and a slice sweet bread that might vary day by day. So tables turn quickly. Served by the Playa building pool. The Perlas building has no elevator and if you travel heavy be warned about this! It could be a struggle for some. That is 10 sections of stairs to get to the top if your on the top. 2 per floor. Prices seem to vary by occupancy/season.You can find restaurants starting 1/2 block up 50th and then a left 1 block.

Nice hotel close enough to 5th Avenue

I had a nighttime check in and one of the staff I can’t remember her name was so amazing! I was then taken to my room and shown where everything from the pools to where breakfast is served and then got shown around my room. The only thing that can be improved on this part is providing blankets instead of having to walk the 4 flights of stairs back to reception to get some. The room was super clean but a little impractical for a condo. It only had a fridge and a plate. No bowls or anything. One of the doors on my condo was broken and the wifi cut in and out. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Tolles, günstiges und zentral gelegenes Hotel in Playa del Carmen. Die Angestellten waren super freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Um jedes Anliegen was wir hatten, wurde sich direkt gekümmert. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert und ich würde definitiv wieder kommen.

Nice place for the $$ but

Staff great , except for cleaning girl who liberated my nail clipper kit !! Construction noise ( hammering holes n walls ) bit much !! Excellent location away from the noise ( except construction ) but close enough to everything . Pools are another issue because of lack of filtering , run pump once a day for 20 minutes don’t get it clean !! Over all still great place & close enough to everything even the beach

Loved that it was near the famous 5th ave & beach

Reserved this room a couple months in advanced, the room was clean and comfortable, had a kitchen. It's near 5th avenue and the beach. We enjoyed our walks to 5th avenue as it's full of restaurants and entertainment. Going to miss it here!!

MUY BUENA OPCIÓN

El Condo es bastante coqueto, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar tus días/noches cómodamente. El personal en general es muy atento y cordial, los recepcionistas muy lindos y agradables siempre dispuestos a ayudar, puedes adquirir entradas a parques desde la recepción. La verdad para el precios que se paga es muy buena opción para la gente que no busca lujos, no es un resort, por lo cual no esperes algo de un hotel 5 estrellas. Es un Condo bastante bien equipado que sirve para descansar, tomar una ducha, y disfrutar de sus maravillosas albercas, cuentan con 4 y la gran mayoría con una vista impresionante. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Hotel was good basic clean with pools at top and bottom. Location was perfect cause it was at the end of walking street so we were able to rest during night time. To the beach we where able to acces in five minutes walk. nice place in total
